Bought 2 rooms for 2 nights. Hotel smelled like butt and weed for the first whole night. A/C unit barely worked. Rooms were clearly remodeled in a DIY fashon. Laminate flooring was laid over carpet padding, toilet was crooked, sink leaked, paint job was atrocious. Staff did not clean or supply our room with fresh towels or toilet paper, so we approached the front desk for fresh towels, and they gave my for 1 towel, and said it was the last clean towel they had in the entire hotel. The towel experience overshadowed the other generally disgusting details, such as the (hopefully food) stains on the sheets, and the fact that I couldnt open up my window, because there was no screen.

The front desk man was very nice and quick enough. I got to the room to discover the floor was soaked. You could tell it was coming from the A/C unit. I put my stuff down and went back to front desk and told him my floor was flooded. He said" I will leave a note for it." I said so you want me to wipe it up with towels and you will send someone? He said yeah. Noone came and it continued to leak all night and rolling out of the bed this morning my socks got soaked. When i checked out the guy was counting a drawer and barely looked up. I said I am checking out,and no one ever came to fix the flooded floor. He said okay and didnt even make eye contact with me. Will NEVER go back to this property

Everything was great, handicap shower, bathroom. Next to pool and sunning area. Close to many places for food, Olive Garden, Hollywood Casino. Waffle house. And many more. The only thing of concern is lack of direction and water pressure in the shower. But the staff were all friendly and helpful. Had a really nice time.

Price was good. Room was clean. Check in was awkward as I had to go get the keycard redone before I even got in the room and it still didn't work properly on the exterior doors nearest to my room. Need to police the late night noise better.

Pleasantly surprised

Room was comfortable , bathroom was excellent easy to shower and temperature of room was nice. Had trouble with using keycard to comebach in from the outdoors. Room was in a great location as well.

DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE TOO

I expect nothing but good things from this hotel as all the reviews were exceptional on Hotels.com and even google but man was I in for a surprise. We got the hotel later in the evening and were greeted by the only exceptional things about the hotel Jay the front desk guy. He was very kind, patient and friendly. Jay was 10/10 however the rest of are stay was not. We get to see our first room and entered to find a dirty room with trash, iron board left out, and beds not maid. We went down to lobby to deal with the issues and all we were meet with was children running and screaming in the halls. But once agian Jay saved the day and fixed are issues by putting us in a new room. While the rooms were not bad the floor did seem to be dirty and everything seemed to be a little outdated. The beds were loud and broken down and the air conditioning made a water tricking noises. To top it all off the people next door to us were fight and playing there TV loudly until 3 or 4 am and then resumed this around 8 am. Overall I wouldn’t recommend staying at this hotel unless it the last possible place on earth to stay. If I could give the hotel 0 stars and Jay a million stars I would.
