We've stayed a few tomes, service is always greay, prompt and friendly. Its an older motel, ans i believe they are renovating, but veey usablw for our puposes. Pool area is nice for the kids.

When we went to check in the women was on the phone with a blue tooth device in her ear and more interested in that. We had to say to her three times you are going to have to speak up and slow down when you are talking so we can understand you! When we got to the room the shower head was hanging down found out it you put it up it was leaking and would flood the bathroom. Also it looked like their was black mold around the bottom of the shower. Also when we went to the pool their were no towels. this had to be one of the worst Baymont's we have ever stayed at.

I hate leaving poor reviews, but felt it necessary here. We found insects in three different places in the room. I set a clean shirt down on the floor and when I picked it up to put it on is smelled like a wet dog. There were many broken items in the room. Positively, the staff were friendly and the price was under $100.

Bedding was definitely not changed and the housekeeper that had to re clean the bathroom acts as if she dont gaf and the one lady just shrugged her shoulders when i asked what they was going to do about the power going out and being out all night and there was dirty tissue on bathroom counter and the tub looked gross and no one listened when i said i seen 2 roaches in the bathroom

Pleasantly surprised!

Quiet property with awesome shops within walking distance. The pool was open, as was the whirlpool, and the sauna. The workout room also worked for me. Will stay again.

Satisfactory

We stayed at the hotel because of the price and because of the pool, hot tub, and complimentary breakfast. Although the beds were comfortable, the room didn't look as clean as I would expect it to be for a hotel. It was satisfactory, but I will probably look for another hotel the next time I head that way.
