The stay was fine. Our shower was missing a shower curtain and the water in the shower was luke warm at best.

This is a great property And I would give it a five star review except when we were eating in the dining room there was Fox News on in the bar, and that was the only option. In this day and age with the country the way it is a very obviously right leaning station should not be the only option for guests. Very offputting.

Waterpark not always available

This is a beautiful property with clean rooms and easy access to the interstate but Travelocity needs to make the waterpark hours very clear ( i.e. WATERPARK OPEN ONLY ON WEEKENDS - NO OTHER POOL ON SITE). We were disappointed about the lack of a pool.

Nice hotel- great location

Pros: Location, clean, comfortable, friendly staff.
Cons: Asked to have our bathroom sink unstopped. It was draining slowly. Took 3 days to get fixed.
Location: Plenty of restaurants and shopping near by.
The staff is very friendly. Hotel is clean and comfortable. I like the location, right off of the Ohio Turnpike. Restaurants and shopping near hotel. We had a slow draining sink in the bathroom. It took staff 3 days to fix after we notified them. This is the only complaint we have. I will stay at this hotel in the futrue.
