Rooms have clearly seen some damage from tourists. Cleanliness was fine. Convenient washer/dryer. Left luggage at front before check in but when I came back it was just sitting out there for anyone to get to, which is discomforting. Staff was either indifferent or very friendly, depending on the person. Convenient location, safe, but loud cars racing at night so hard to sleep without ear plugs. For a gaienmae stay it’s ok but could’ve been better.

Great room and great location. Everything is clean and the staff is very helpful. You can ship luggage from the front desk to your next location. It's more of a quieter locals feeling area right next to a metro stop. Getting to the major packed tourist areas like shinjuku and shibuya is only a couple train stops away so just takes a few minutes. There's a great local Izakaya, fast food, coffee and plenty of 7-11 and family marts nearby.

What I’ll remember most about my stay was the polite and accommodating staff. They were understanding when my flight was delayed and I couldn’t check in until 4am. They also helped me forward my luggage to my next stay. I’m glad I chose Tokyu Stay Aoyama Premier and would gladly do so again.

The room is a little older, dated, but has been well maintained. The staff were very responsive to my requests. It's convenient to have a little kitchen to make hot tea, microwave food, refrig.etc.. The washer/dryer in the unit is a nice bonus. I liked the location, quiet, clean, close to the train station, easy access to Shibuya, Harajuku, & Omotesando. They supply ReFa body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, & shower head, a very posh brand. I loved the brand so much I ended up going to ReFa to buy the products in Omotesando Hills. I would stay here again!
