Beautiful hotel with helpful and friendly staff. From the moment you arrive, you feel welcomed and safe. There were plenty of toiletries should you have forgotten anything. There were also pajamas and slippers for everyone in the room. The breakfast package was well worth it and I recommend adding it!

We had an amazing experience at the Shiomi Prince! Rooms were spacious and clean, great for a family of 4 in Tokyo. Well stocked amenities, comfy beds and a playroom for small kids. Will definitely be back.

Fantastic hotel close to the subway. The location was great three stops on the subway to Disney and also three stops to Tokyo Station. The amenities were fantastic, and the Onsen was so nice to have on site and free. This hotel is also very clean and modern. And what a bonus to have a Family Mart connected to the hotel with a 7-11 just down the road. I would highly recommend this hotel and would book it again.

The staff and definitely the room needed improvements. The staff, because the moment we got in just to check in our bag, we were greeted sarcastically with “check-in is not until 4 p.m.” We expect a hi and welcome - what can I help you with today?… we don’t feel welcome here and never talk to any staff member until we checked out after 7 days of staying. The room is way too small and tight for 4 people with no decent table to drink or eat snacks after a long day in Tokyo. They only serve buffet breakfast which has good selections of food, but I wish they were options not to go with buffet and keep the breakfast available until 11 a.m. for customers that were not up earlier.

My stay was absolutely incredible. One of the highlights was the breakfast bar each morning, the chefs are clearly very talented, and everything I tried was consistently tasty and well prepared. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, and the shower and bath setup was especially relaxing after long days out. The lobby design is beautiful and thoughtfully done; it became a nice place to sit and unwind in the mornings. The staff were helpful and professional every single day, which made the stay feel smooth and welcoming throughout. I would happily stay here again and look forward to coming back.
