The stay was 10/10. This was because of the finer details. The assistance with the taxi at the front door when leaving, the note left by the cleaner saying she did not clean due to DND sign and that they can do it later if we change our mind (we had accidentally left it on so was good to know why it wasn’t cleaned), slippers left next to the bed, blinds drawn when we came back in the evening, it was a special occasion so they left a card and sweets. I think these small details make it a must stay. The room we stayed in was large, modern and very clean. The shower had great pressure. Overall, excellent stay, recommend!

Stayed with 2 kids. Crib was all ready when we got in. Check in : easy and fast In room dining service excellent : I recommend spaghetti for sure Staff friendliness : Amazing Morning baggage and cab service : all my baggage was already in the car and ready. I was running late for my flight , this helped a lot. Staff is excellent

Hotel facilities and staff were excellent. The staff went above and beyond to help make special arrangements prior to my arrival for a surprise engagement. The spectacular view combined with the comfort of our room made it difficult to leave and explore Tokyo.
