There is little to truly dislike about this place. The rooms are small, they are very plain, the beds are plain, the restroom functional. The one thing I did dislike about the place were the breakfast options. They only had two choices, a Japanese breakfast which vacillated between mackerel and salmon along with a certain kind of bean and miso broth that was good. The other option was egg scrambled or sunny side up and bacon with bread. Staying there more than a couple of days you will come to dread the choice, especially the mackerel. Their breakfasts are convenient starting at 6:30 and going until 9:30. Yes, that is the worst thing I can really say about the place. Great helpful staff, the rooms are clean, I didn't hear a lot of noise from other rooms. You came here to shop, not spend time in your hotel room, right? You'll be fine.

Really good location. I didn’t have to take transit anywhere, was able to walk. Very busy area but quiet in room. Small room. Floors kinda dirty. Good for two people, would stay again. 10 min walk to shibuya station.
