The hotel was great. The location is conveniently next to 2 metro stations with lines going straight to Shinjuku, Shibuya and Asakusa areas. The view from the hotel is amazing. The staff and facilities exceeded our expectations. We had a lovely stay here and we would greatly recommend it to others.

This property was outstanding. The staff were so friendly in helping me find dinner options each night and even booking reservations for me. The room was adorable! I had the artist series room called 47 Vegetables. It was very quiet and cozy. The area around the hotel is close to two major subway lines and it was very easy to get around the city. I would stay here again.

I enjoyed the artwork thoughout the property. Very unique. The Art restaurant served very good quality meals with a wonderful view. Easy access by cab to Tokyo train station and on to the airports by train.

A beautiful hotel with art galleries on many floors -- we loved that!! Staff is excellent, and breakfast is also very good! You can take an elevator down to the subway station under the building. Many Tokyo sites are walkable. The hotel lobby is amazing on its own! We were very pleased with our stay there!!

Great property to stay at while exploring Tokyo. Sunways close by with one directly outside of hotel. Walkable to gardens/tea ceremony. Beautiful lobby with glass view overlooking the city. Staff were lovely and attentive. Concierge booked us a blowout when we we’re struggling with Japanese on line reservations and typed us up directions/details😊. Would definitely return. Ps. Great hotel. Amazing views, comfort, cleanliness, and above all the exceptional service. Location was very good as well, very accessible to Shimbashi station with JR, the Tokyo Metro and the Shidome Line. Things to improve: 1. Sound proofing needs improvement for the windows. Can get a bit annoying if you are facing the train station like I was 2. Breakfast buffet options could include more options

Good hotel. Room wasn't large, but clean and comfortable. There was some noise from the trains constantly passing. They weren't loud and I didn't notice them during the day, but I could hear them during the night if I woke. Nice restaurants in the hotel and a short walk to shops and alternative dinning.
