Another excellent stay as always at Keio Plaza. The location is ideal if you don’t mind taking the door to door bus from Narita or Haneda. Rooms and breakfast buffet are excellent. Rooms are quite large by Japanese standards. The higher floors in the 30’s have excellent views of city or government building. Would be nice if they had on site laundry facilities.

We stayed there as a family of 4 and loved it. They have a play area and lounge area on the 47th floor with the city view, bar, coffee and food. My kids loved hanging out there after running around the city. The airport limousine bus also stops at the hotel, so you don’t have to drag your luggage to go to the station. The rooms are nice and clean and the staff are helpful. The metro stop is also 5 mins away or if you need to take the Shinjuku station it’s only 10-15 mins walk. I suggest you ask for the room facing the metropolitan building, so you can watch the light show at night. My kids loved it.

We stayed at the suites located on the 35th floor with access to the lounge club. We didn’t enjoyed our times on the lounge because it was always crowded during breakfast and cocktail hours, the staff was overwhelmed, too many people. I loved this hotel! Our room was spacious, our beds very comfortable and every night we were treated to an outdoor light show on the building across the street from our room. The staff was friendly and the amenities around the hotel were great. The skybar at the hotel had a fabulous view of Tokyo and was the perfect place to relax after a long day of sight seeing. The last best thing was coin operated washing machines in the hotel. They came in very handy after 10 days in Japan.
