The staff was really nice and courteous. The room was spotless. Amenities including the lounges (the 45th and the 47th floors) are very spacious and have variety of seating arrangements. The gym was a little small for the size of the hotel. The location of the hotel is amazing. Very to the Shinjuku station and all the restaurants and shopping areas.

Hotel was in a great location, I was so impressed with the size of the hotel and the number of restaurants and shops on the premises. So convenient to have a 7-11 right downstairs. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was no frills but clean and efficient. Would definitely stay again!

Very well located. Excellent options for fine dinning. Near main subway station. Breakfast was ok and very expensive, did it once and never again. Staff is attentive and friendly. Check in was slow. The lounge in the 47th floor is increíble !

The hotel was beautiful and the staff were extremely helpful. The room was large and comfortable, and the location near the station was very convenient. The only issue we encountered was the elevator, as the wait times were too long. I hope the hotel can address this to improve the overall guest experience.
