PERFECT! Great location. The staff were most attentive throughout the stay. Loved the top floor Sky Plaza. Breakfast was a great experience every day. So much food to explore. If we ever go back, this will be the place we stay!

Made sure to book in the newer south tower, and a larger size room for easy comfort. Staff is excellent at Keio Plaza Hotel. Quiet side of Shinjuku. If you stay here, try toast chicken at nearby Farmer's Chicken Nishi-Shinjuku! We got lucky with skies being clear enough to see Mt. Fuji from our room window - unexpected surprise! Property does seem due for some refreshing as bathroom and furnishings in living area feel outdated.

This hotel is old but very well maintained. It is full of foreigners. The breakfast buffet is one of the best I’ve had. Very quick check-in. A lot of bus tours start from the love statue, which is a few minutes away from this location. Do you have bigger rooms for larger families, which is rare in Japan. We might consider coming back here.

Outside and hotel lobby look great and fancy but the rooms are like cheap hotel. Bathroom door was squeaky, absolutely no sound proof so can hear flushing from next room. Beds were as if we were sleeping on the floor and portable AC unit was a joke. Lacked amenities like slippers and umbrellas like other properties.

Keio has always been my “go to” place to stay. Most previous business trips was the default Hotel. Still consistent with personal trips. Had to leave 1 Day early. I paid the entire amount when checking in. Let Hotel management know, they said normally have to go back to you for refund, but said they would credit back my CC. Hope it happens without getting hotels.com involved For refund

Beautiful hotel, several restaurants on site to choose from. Walkable to many shops, a park and right across the property is the observation tower which also had a nightly light show that we could watch from our hotel rooms!

What I loved most about this hotel was their breakfast, it was a AYCE buffet that was so spectacular, what a way to start the day, the chefs wore uniform and there were stations of Japanese food, continental delights, mochis, well you name it, AYCE macarons! unfortunately the dinner buffet was expensive and not good. The bedding was amazing, firm pillows, the amenities were top notch, the only reason it is 4 instead of 5 was bc many employees spoke no English or w such heavy accent it was very frustrating to me. This hotel is close to everything, shoping, post office, convenience stores and 2 big department stores and many amazing yakitori Izakaya.

The space is definitely the highlight of the room, especially considering this is Shinjuku, Tokyo. Having the limousine bus right at the doorstep was so convenient, especially since we each had two large baggage. The whole room was a bit worn. It is clean but aged and tired. The biggest downside was the mould along the edge of the bathroom basin, which was very unpleasant. I kept accidentally touching it when washing my hands.

The Keio Plaza is in a great location opposite the Metropolitan Government Building and a 5 - 10 minute walk to the hustle and bustle of Shinjuku Station, shopping, restaurant and entertainment district. The hotel broken into north and south buildings, has a variety of different restaurants, shops, a 7-Eleven and coin op laundary, the rooms are spacious and have all the mods cons and amenities to make yor stay that all the more enjoyable.
