We spent two nights recently at the Hotel Metropolitan Marunouchi in Tokyo prior to going on a cruise. The hotel was in a great location right by Tokyo's main train station (also near to the Emperor's Palace area), and is located on the top several floors of a taller building. We had great views of the city from our room, enjoyed meals at the restaurant (also - great views), and were able to get to various parts of the city we wanted to see easily. The hotel was relatively cost effective as well, and the staff was very helpful. Highly recommended.

Room had a fantastic view of the train station and city skyline and was generally quite quiet. Fitness corner was a little spartan though, but service of staff was impeccably polite.

Outstanding value for price. Easy access to Train station, Clean room, good bed and amazing corner view of city. The only reason not 5 star was lack of power outlets and charging stations in the room. With all the device requirements for charging and power, this is a must.

The front desk staff was particularly helpful and went out of their way to get us a taxi on a rainy night. Being so close to the train station was also a big plus for us. We highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel and the staff are absolutely amazing. The hotel was very clean and well kept. The staff were incredibly polite, attentive and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay. The bus from NRT takes you right in front of the hotel so it’s like getting an Uber to drop you off. I will definitely be back!
