The entire staff was very nice and answer any question I had. My husband had a medical emergency and the staff was right there all the way helping to get to the hospital. One is the gentleman check on me the next two days until we left the hotel. I have to say it was a 10plus star. The room was very nice and clean. I did not care for the Japan style toilet system, but you would found that at any Japan business. Very nice stay for the 3 days we were there.
