Nice enough facility, but would not stay here again. We traveled early from out of town for Thanksgiving to beat the traffic and when we requested an early check in, we were told it would cost $50 per room, even though the rooms were ready. No exception for my pregnant daughter-in-law. When we returned to the hotel after Thanksgiving dinner, we discovered that our room had no heat. I slept in my bathrobe. When checking out I let the manager know that our bathroom sink didn’t drain. No apology or offer of any adjustment or to comp us our breakfast. Very unprofessional.

I would recommend this hotel- overall, great place. We were disappointed though by the pool. Although it’s officially a heated pool, in reality it was quite chilly. However, more importantly, the water had a really bad smell which I couldn’t get out of my skin, hair or swimsuit even after a shower. It was not the smell of chlorine that was bothersome. It was something way worse; a vomit-like smell! This was just a bummer and put a damper on our stay. Other than the pool clearly requiring better upkeep, hygiene, and maintenance, this is a good hotel and we’d recommend it.

First of all, I want to express my dissatisfaction with the fact that they don’t make the beds, they don’t change the towels daily, and they don’t clean the room every day. In short, I did not like the hotel’s service. And lastly, there seem to be no rules regarding guest behavior, because on 11–13–2025 there was excessive noise from other guests until very late at night (1:30 a.m.).

Not just a clean room, a very clean hotel!!! Fast and friendly check in from staff as well!!! Plenty of parking, restaurants and stores with 5 to 10 minutes from the hotel. A local gym is 5 minutes away, if you need a little more than a typical hotel gym too!!! Great stay and we will stay here again, if we are ever in the Eatontown area.

This hotel was in a great location near family we were here to visit. I greatly appreciated the option to check in late seeing as we were traveling from a different state. The hotel was lovely. There were only two things that had a negative effect which were the front desk stressing a strict noise ordinance and the tv signal was poor. We have 3 special needs toddlers and were stressed about getting kicked out over them being too loud. One is nonverbal and only shrieks and screams sonwe were very worried since the rooms didn't have good noise insulation. But overall this hotel was great and would stay again but probably without the children.
