My stay was horrible. I felt unsafe and extremely uncomfortable. The guests in the room next to us had a live band playing loud music until 3:00 a.m., and after that, the music continued with a large speaker. There were also loud screams and indirect comments directed at us because we complained about the noise. We contacted the hotel staff, but they did nothing to make us feel safe or comfortable. They told us that “that’s what the rooms are rented for” and that there was no other room available for us. The music was still playing at 7:00 a.m. when we decided to leave as soon as there was daylight. We did not know the city and didn’t know where else to go, but we felt we had no choice. This was a very unsafe and disappointing experience. I would not recommend staying here.

Very good hotel and near the TIJ airport, they charge $10 deposit fee on AC/TV remotes, which is a bit annoying, however you Get it back on check out! Continental breakfast should be improved, include eggs/chilaquiles that are on the menu.
