We’ve got late into the room and were very tired. We went straight to bed. The next morning, we realized they had not cleaned the room for the previous guests. The bedsheets were very filthy, some of their clothes were left on the carpet. When I called the front desk, their reaction was very cold, like it was not a big deal.

Every staff member was extremely pleasant. Even the cleaning staff spoke English sufficiently well. If you have medical or dental work to handle in Tijuana, this is a great place to stay.

The hotel is nice, great customer service. However, the AC does not seem to work well. The night was uncomfortable as the room felt warm despite AC being on the lowest temp and high fan.
