The cabin was very clean and spacious with nice fixtures and appliances. Best of all, it was very clean. The location was close to the entrance of Sequoia National Park which was ideal. We were forewarned about the water at the property and we were happy that we brought bottled water to cook with and drink.

Perfect Sequoia/kings canyon house

Amazing place. Very close to parks, great local food. Private hot tub and shared pool. House was clean, well appointed and easy to book.

Comfortable Play to stay

We spent very little time on the property but very nice with hot tub and pool. It is very comfortable. Saw turkeys in the back yard.

We were disappointed with the condition and cleanliness of the outdoor furniture. The furniture was covered with spider webs and mold which prevented us from using it.. Also, the home appeared to have an ant problem in the kitchen area. However, our overall experience in the home was enjoyable.

Wonderful property, well appointed

Fully stocked kitchen, lots of towels, nice hot tub and pool, comfortable couches, good wifi, great communication, great location. Will rent again if I go back to area. Best rental on this or other I've been in. Everything looked brand new. Pleasant up-beat decor. Very nice.

Quick Sequoia NP Getaway

Great little place at Three Rivers just below the South entrance to Sequoia NP. Awesome location central to everything three rivers and easy in / out to the park. We usually camp, but this year with the closures at the park it was perfect being able to make our day excursions and come back for a fresh shower, spa & pool, we’ll stocked kitchen and comfortable suite. My 9yo even beat Super Mario Bros at night on the included Nintendo system on the TV. Thank you for the perfect solution for our family

Perfect Sequoia NP weekend

The Lake House was perfect for our family of three. There was plenty of space to enjoy ourselves indoors, and we appreciated the well-maintained items in the house, such as the iron, fresh towels, and kitchenware. The location is ideal for visiting Sequoia National Park for the day. We also enjoyed the little creek/play area down the street every evening. The nearby froyo, just a five-minute walk away, was the icing on the cake! Michelle made the check-in and check-out process easy. We would definitely come back and recommend it to friends.

Very nice little spot near Sequoia

We had a great time in this place. Everything was as advertised. Easy to find. Very comfy. The pool and hot tub were great. We had everything we needed to cook and enjoy our stay. WiFi was excellent and the A/C worked very well. The owner was responsive to our needs and it was simple to check in and out. The only thing I would have liked differently would be is it had been cleaned a bit better on the outside before our stay. The chairs out back were dirty (just from the trees, etc) and we didn’t use them because they were too dirty. We also didn’t BBQ but if we had wanted to we would have had to clean that area a little. All in all we had a great stay and would totally rent it again.

Sequoia trip

Really liked the property, especially access to town and Sequoia. Had a great meal at Sierra Subs. Didnt take advantage of the hot tub since it was very warm. Should have used the pool but we were tired from our travels. Only issue we had was no cell coverage, so couldnt pull up vrbo app to get checkin info. Went to a yogurt shop around the corner and they were able to help us out. Overall the place was great.

Great location with pool

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this property. Communication with the manager was excellent. The guest house was very clean, quiet and provided access to both a hot tub and pool. It was very hot (90’s) when we were there and we enjoyed the pool very much! The air conditioning was adjustable and very quiet and we slept well. A basket of snacks was a welcoming touch. Some dining suggestions nearby: Pizza Factory: Very good pizza and salads. Sierra Subs: great sandwiches. Gateway Restaurant & Lodge: expensive but if you go for breakfast you can still experience the fantastic outdoor view of the river at a lower cost.

Great space for families

Fantastic house and great location for skiing at Okemo. We were 3 families that stayed to go skiing over President's day weekend and had a great time. The house had everything we could need and a fantastic amount of space. The owner was a pleasure to deal with and available to answer any questions. The kids enjoyed the hot tub while we enjoyed playing pool. One minor thing during the course of our stay was a smell in the lower level which the owner said would be taken care of after we left. Regardless overall a fantastic stay, amazing house and very personable owner to answer any questions that may come your way.

Clean Beautiful and well located

The property is great. Very clean. Well stocked. Real fun video games. spacious rooms kitchen and bathroom. Loved cooking in the kitchen and we had everything we needed. Caution that there are lots of ants and bugs so keep eatables in fridge at all times. AC was very effective in 110 temperature and it was comfortable stay. We did not particularly appreciate the long list of dos n donts and rules. Most owners are warm and flexible however here we felt we were being told to take care of a bit too much and treated like kids who couldn’t be trusted. The door auto lock timings on check in and check out also gave an impression that the host wouldn’t be flexible and wants us out with no consideration. Not a deal breaker. Great place and I would recommend

Perfect Getaway Cabin

my little family and I enjoyed three nights in this lovely cabin. It was the perfect size for the three of us and would have definitely accommodated us if we were four. The kitchen is well appointed and large enough to cook anything comfortably. Water pressure in the bathroom was great. The hot tub was already hot and towels clearly tucked in a basket nearby. My kindergartener was thrilled so see so many board games already stocked. We had brought our own but he really enjoyed playing games that were new to him. Here's where I need to take a moment to give a round of applause to the couch. When we arrived, i was disappointed that it looked like there was a coffee table and not the fluffy oversized ottoman like in some of the pictures. BUT WAIT! The couch pops out into the most amazing couch bed with a hidden double ottoman. My little one dubbed it: The Slouch Couch. So fun to cuddle up and watch movies while it was storming outside. The coffee shop and other shops were very close and the National Park was way closer than we could have hoped. We would overwhelmingly recommend this property if you're looking for a quiet, quaint, well appointed, comfortable mountain getaway.

Cozy home in the woods!

The home was perfectly spacious and all the amenities met our family’s needs. We happen to have 103 degree weather during our stay but the A/C kept us at a cool 76 degrees inside. The pool was a bonus. Local township is a hop and skip around the corner and is great to visit. This location and its wonderful owners provided us a perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. Highly recommended!!
