The rooms have red ants which will bite you entire night. The rooms are not clean and utensils are dirty as well. I won’t recommend this to any family. Unresponsive staff, no one to hear your complaints.

This was the second time I stayed at the Ocean Pointe at Key largo. This experience was as expected, except the furniture was at best tired. The couch and bed were worn out and need replacing. The mattress was horrible. The rest of the facility was grand. So, will I go back probably. Will I go back if I know they have upgraded their furniture and mattresses for sure.

Comfy beds, quiet area. Soft close toilet seat 👍 room was spacious and decorated nicely. The view was great, we had sunrise and sunset from the balcony. Pool area was nice, went to Island Grill for dinner and had a great time.

Room: Suite was dated. Homeowner could put more effort in with updating living furniture (dirty) patio, lamps, bath. Walls / trim need repair/ paint. *Balcony is terribly small! Not enough room for 2 adults to even stand without touching! Staff/ resort: Wonderful! Friendly. Clean. Grounds well-kept. Secure! Beautiful pool/ water-front. Weather was perfect! Over-alll worth the $
