Italian tile installed throughout, as well as new tiled shower walls. New posturepedic King and Queen mattresses. New queen size posturepedic sleeper sofa. This VIP suite sleeps 4-6 people very comfortably.

Large LED T.V.'s with free WIFI and internet. X-Large Washer and Dryer, and Kitchen equipped with all of your cooking needs. New Hurricane Windows for safety and soundproofing.

Weekly, Monthly and Long-term Renters Welcome.

This ocean front suite is located on a 65 acre private resort. Ideally located near Marina Café(food to order), Private Beach, gazebo, boat ramp, newly renovated Jr. Olympic size pool and Hot Tub with food and liquor bar. Pool is heated and cooled. Other activities include lighted tennis courts, pickle ball, play ground, Tiki Huts, and outdoor grills.

Guests may make reservations to bring their boat up to 28' in length. There is both Wet Slips and Trailer Parking. Fees do apply and vary upon season. Insurance and Registration is required in the name of the guest staying at the resort.

My only "issue" was a check out time at 9:00am. I'm sure it was listed when we booked and I simply didn't catch it. We have stayed in a lot of properties and have never had a 9:00am check out time. The balcony was very small, two chairs and no room for anything else. That aside, the location was perfect. This particular unit permitted very easy access to the beach which, although small, was never really busy. Regardless of what time we went to the beach, there was always a "cabana" available. We were also there during spring break. Included picture was taken from the balcony.

We enjoyed our stay at this Ocean Pointe condo. All the good things: great location, beautiful balcony views, comfortable beds and the condo was clean and beautifully decorated. We loved walking down to the beach area and sitting by the pool. We loved playing pickleball too. Our biggest complaint was lack of comfortable seating. There is no kitchen table. The counter barstools have no back and were not comfortable. We worked remotely a little bit and like to play cards, but the seating situation definitely was not conducive to that. Eating off the coffee table was not ideal. But overall, we loved our experience. Allyson was very responsive as well :)

The condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed to cook meals and relax. The balcony is pretty small so the 4 of us could not sit at the same time but that was ok. Very nice view of the sunrise every morning. The pool is very close by and very clean/well maintained. Food and beverages served at the pool bar were good and the bathrooms pristine. Several good restaurants and grocey store near by. Had very prompt communication from the host as well. My only suggestion would be maybe provide a few more coasters to protect the furniture and a few more checkout instructions. Overall great stay!

Great condo, beautiful view!

We enjoyed our stay at Ocean Pointe. Condo was just a described and very clean upon arrival. There’s a beautiful view from the balcony. The pool area is great! Lots of chairs available, pool bar was nice, water was cool! The only drawback for us was the fishing at the property was not great. It’s advertised as having a fishing dock, but there are signs all over the dock that say, “no fishing”. And the water there is very shallow. This was a big disappointment to my teenage sons. I did reach out to the owner and she responded quickly saying they were allowed to fish in the marina area, but they had no luck there. Still a good time was had by all.

Girls get away

We stayed for 12 days. The pool is great. The only down side was the balcony was tiny. You could not have two people sit out there comfortably. That was a bummer but it was very hot so not sure how much we would have used it.Kitchen was very well supplied. The grocery is very close.

This is a very quiet, safe, maintained complex. The condo has all you need for an enjoyable stay. Beautiful view from the top floor unit. Elevator close distance to the unit but you do not hear it or the air conditioning units. Swimming pool is very large and clean.
