"The room was clean and it was very comfortable and spacious. The only thing I would like would have been to have two bottles of water in the room. There was water in the lobby, but it was a pain to go back-and-forth to get water when we wanted some. I would definitely stay there again when we are in the area and hopefully get to use the pool next time."

"My wife and I stayed in the BW Plus Surprise-Phoenix AZ for five nights and enjoyed our stay very much. We had a late check in at no extra cost, the staff was very friendly and helpful for the most part and room was spacious and clean. Loads of parking, allowing for easy access from the parking lot to the rooms, and the lodging is centrally located adjacent to several shopping complexes and restaurants which made it extremely convenient to walk or drive to shop and eat. Breakfast was served every morning and was a nice way to start of the day. All-in-all we had such a great stay that we will be booking at the BW Plus whenever we visit Surprise, AZ!
