"Tub had a very slow drain. Housekeeping did not come in the one day despite us being gone from 10:30-5:30 that day. The second day house keeping started knocking on our door at 8:30 and knocked 3 times before 9:30. Not ideal. The location was excellent for our stay and close to several restaurants. There was plenty of parking, which was nice."

"The smoke alarm started beeping. I went to the reception to notify them. The lady said “I can’t do anything about it “ Me: “but we have one more night here and we need to sleep “ Lady: “I can’t do anything, the maintenance guy is not here” Me: “ is there someone else? It is just the battery “ Lady: “no, i can’t help you” So … yeah… that was one thing. We needed to take the battery out so we can sleep. The lady was upset when we asked for help. I asked the name of the manager so maybe she would be more helpful. She said “Amy” Me: Amy, what? “Just Amy. “ No help at all, didn’t care… nothing. Also, we couldn’t find a way to login on Netflix. The pool closed before the time they say it will. The gym is open just like 2 hours in the morning. No treadmill. My advice, pay a little bit more and avoid this place. I am never going back to this hotel in Cedar City, Utah."
