We did not have a great experience at this LaQuinta. Bed cover was stained, after the second day they don’t clean the room unless you request it but they don’t tell you that. We just need towels and they provided them when we asked at the front desk. Air conditioner is loud. Door key did not work the second day, Supervisor/Manager gave us a new key but was rude. Great location to the parks.

Don't believe him when they say the third and four

You stop by this hotel to verify that they had two floors that were no pets. We were assured at the front desk that the third and fourth floor did not allow pets. I have a severe allergy to pet dander. I ask and verified multiple times are you sure no pets are allowed on the 3rd and 4th floor, the clerk assured me that they do not allow pets on the 3rd and 4th floor. They gave me a price, I checked hotels.com, and hotels.com had a significantly lower price. So I booked it while we were at the hotel, went up to the desk once they received our reservation they put us on the fourth floor and again confirm that there were no pets on the 3rd and 4th floor. Around 8:00 that night I went downstairs to get something out of my vehicle, there was a large dog barking right across the hall from us It barked and barked and barked. I went down to the desk, and once again the clerk verified that the third and fourth floors were no pets. So I told her that there was one in a particular room as it barked and barked and barked. Her response to me was do I want to move? I replied to her, the question should be when are you going to move the dog off of the fourth floor where no pets are allowed. The day we checked out, two doors down, two golden labs came walking out of a room. So much for assurances that the third and fourth floor do not allow pets. This could have sent me into anaphylaxis shock, but we stayed in our room.

Poor management decision. I was told I had a double booking for the same hotel, same city, same days but they were not able to cancel one booking and charged me twice for the same stay. This is ridiculous. I received a call days later telling me that one of my refund was approved then I received an email telling me that my refund was denied. What a circus!

Online check-in was a breeze earlier in the day. Got to the hotel around 10pm and was tired. They gave me my keys and I went straight to my room and to bed, no paperwork or anything which what saved my day. Compfy bed, clean room, breakfast was ok.

The person that checked us in was not friendly at all. I asked for my 2 rooms to be next to each other and she did not acknowledge my request. Never made eye contact either. Once we got to our rooms one set of keys did not work. I walked back down and they reset the key still did not work. When I went back down the same girl tried to tell me others were in line first after I told her the opportunity where my family was still waiting on the hallway after a 5 hour long drive to get here. Still with the same bad attitude she had from the get go. At least if you’re going to be in the hospitality business make an effort. No I will not stay at LaQuinta again. Try and get friendlier people working for you that at least care about the customer. Thank you
