No issues with staff. They were very pleasant, but the rooms themselves need updating.

Check in person gave 2nd floor when 1st was asked for. She didnt kniw hotel configuration. Said you cant go through lobby with luggage cart. Wrong. Buffet adequate, needs mire fruit, hardboiled eggs, etc. Workout room nice, but one treadmill out of order. Only 2 of them. Exterior of hitel great, interior clean but old. Outside sign inadequate to locate the place.

We loved the open space out behind the hotel! You could tell that in the warmer months there would be a lovely garden back there. Also loved the fact that our room had a balcony. Very peaceful!

I liked the flowers. Housekeeping was awful. Breakfast was mediocre. Very disappointing.

This hotel in Cedar City, UT is ok, however, the power went out from about 12:15 am to 3:15 am. It was about 30 degrees outside with windy conditions. My husband woke up choking when his breathing machine stopped working due to the power outage. No one called our room or checked on us. Our room became VERY COLD very quickly. When we checked out in the morning we were not even offered ANY discount or compensation for our miserable night.

We were pleasantly surprised with the hotel. Beautiful and clean. Danny at the front desk was very nice and and efficient. There was an outside bbq burgers and Brox and s’mores. Perfect way to end the day of travel. Thankyou
