Staff was very friendly. We actually asked to move after our first night, to another room so we had a view of the mountains and they were very accommodating. Great to be so close to downtown Cedar City. We walked down to Main St for the July 4th parade. Pool was amazing too. Very clean and accessible. Breakfast options were appreciated, plus no cost. Some hotels are offering now, but at a few. I even tried the workout room for some stretching...it was comfortable.

We were (mildly) disappointed by the jetted tub in our suite. The water was very slow to fill, and there were only 6 jets. Certainly not a deal breaker though! Price was great, very friendly staff, clean room in good repair. Not our first stay, nor will it be our last. 😁 👍

Our stay waa mediocre mostly due to the condition of the property. Just old and needed updating. Also...I specifically booked a room that qualified "with pet" and paid nore than the basic room then was charged AGAIN when I checked in. Not happy about being doubly charged. Its not a good way to have repeat guests.

General disrepair. Stain in room. smelled like urine. mini-fridge rattled and sounded like a jet airplane. This place is much closer to a generic motel and is a significant step down from something like a holiday inn express.

I do not know why Ramada picked this property up. I put it in a class more along the lines of super eight or motel six. The building is pure early 1960s. Early on in the morning, the pipes start making noise as people begin to take their showers for the day. UGH!

An amazing “Pet friendly” hotel with super nice staff. Rooms were spotless and very comfortable. They even have a fenced pet relief area with artificial turf! Love it!
