The front desk was very efficient and friendly. The room was nicely equipped and felt very clean . The facility itself is a little outdated but it was well maintained. Breakfast on the other hand was a very small little room with about 20 people in it and most of the items were gone by 6:30 a.m. When I went to go have breakfast. Otherwise it was a very pleasant experience.

Great Value!

Great place for the price. Lobby area was super nice. Check in staff were very friendly. We were off season for the pool and never checked out the hot tub so I can't say on those things. The rooms were a little bigger than most places and there were two counters with sinks (one in with the toilet and shower and one outside of it). The separate spaces are so helpful when traveling as a family. Beds were comfy and location was convenient:)

We stayed in the family suite. The condition of the room was good; however, there was several issues that were present in the room. The biggest one was that one of the sofa beds was broken and would not fold out or store with significant effort. Apparently it was known before our stay since there was a hand-written note stating that it was broken. We were able to get it to work for the stay. The second is that the toilet plugged very easily if there was more then urine in the toilet. The big plus was that the staff was very friendly and helpful.

There is no elevator to reach the 2nd floor, very inconvenient to guests with heavy luggage and there was no water in the bathroom when I was ready to have a shower in the morning. It is a too old hotel.
