"Room was clean, front desk staff was rude both on the phone and in person during multiple interactions. They need additional elevators as we regularly waited 10 minutes for one to arrive."

"The young lady that checked me in was great her name started with an s I think it was Shanika I may be wrong ! I do know the staff after her I had to go to the 3 time for towels and washcloths ! Which I never received ! Then I went to get my own ! Smh ! The pool was very cold which was ok it was the chlorine that burned our eyes the floor we were on it seemed like they had all the children on that floor, where the teenagers were running up and down the hall and playing door knock on each other‘s doors. I had little kids with me, but not teenagers overall it was not a great stay as I expected it to be because of that was not my first time staying there, but this was not the best time."
