The description for this rental stated it had 3 beds - king, queen and double sofa bed in the living room. It did not have a double sofa bed. It was a long sectional sofa with recliners on the ends. One of the reasons we chose this place was for the 3 beds. So we had to take turns sleeping on the sectional which was not comfortable or what we expected.

The space was great and the access to the beach was just what we needed. We enjoyed getting up early and being on the beach at sunrise and the beach was really nice. We also enjoyed having eating options close by.

The property is not steps from the beach it is on the street, the balcony faces the street, not sure where the pic with the steps in the sand were taken, misleading. Property was clean and well stocked, just not in a good location if looking for beach views.

Everything about our stay in Saint Augustine was wonderful. Oceans 13, Condo D was exactly what we were hoping for and we hope to return. The Condo was nicely decorated with a beach theme and the high ceilings made the place look bigger and brighter. The location to restaurants and beach were much closer than we expected with so many places to visit. Having the location “pet friendly” made our vacation lots of fun for us to share all it had to offer with our Frenchie, Milo.

Great getaway!!

The property was great! Not only was it conveniently located to restaurants and attractions, it is only a short walk to the beach! The condo had every we needed and more. The bed was so comfortable and we enjoyed sleeping in and having coffee on the balcony. We will definitely be back!

My girlfriend and I had a fantastic time at this location. Booking through checkout was all a great experience. The communication from the property management company was fantastic. The property was everything that they claimed it would be. The location is super convenient to most attractions. Condo was well stocked and extremely clean. when I go back I will stay there again.
