Literal freezing temperatures inside and outside. Several rooms, including mine, did not have heat. I was not offered a room transfer. Front desk in the morning was rude and apathetic about my greivence.

Before I checked in, I was proactively warned about a lack of hot water and heat. Luckily, that was fixed by evening. Room was ok overall. In the early morning, staff barged into my room without knocking, and asked why I was in my room: I said it’s my assigned room, to which they unprofessionally used expletives while I was on a Zoom call. Odd start to the day!

Room was clean but smelled of cat pee and liter, the room next door had a cat i noticed cause it was in the window. Fridge was cold when we entered room and put food and drink in it. Woke to our food going bad and our drinks dripping from im assuming the fridge being warm.
