This is a beautiful apartment - just as shown in the pictures. It is 3rd floor but 1 & 2 are parking so basically 1st floor of apartments. The location is great about the middle of the island. The huge balcony is great! So easy to walk out and sit on the beach.

The location and view from the deck was wonderful. The size of the condo was perfect for 1 or 2 people. The deck is definitely the highlight of the unit…I would sit out and listen to the surf all day if I could!

Lovely Gulf of Mexico

We loved the location. The balcony was glorious. We spent a lot of time watching the waves and the changing skies and the pelicans and the shrimp boats. The sounds of the waves was so relaxing.

Great View!

This cozy condo was perfect for two adult and a dog. The view and balcony are amazing! Highly recommend. The beach is right there and was Super easy to access. I would totally go back.

Excellent beachfront condo

The fact that the condo is truly beach front, was perfect. The beach is readily accessible directly from the building. The location was very convenient for accessing restaurants. The checkin process was straightforward and easy. The condo itself was pretty nice and clean.

Enjoyable stay!

The room was immaculate clean. Great view from the balcony! Jacuzzi was amazing! Short walking distance from stores or restaurants in the area. Only issues we had was getting the TV and cable to work and being able to locate the key fob lock box code. The bed was so comfortable and clean. We hope to visit again! 🤘🏽🌊☀️

Nice condo. Great location with great view! Low water pressure.

Property was clean, fabulous balcony with view. But, water pressure was almost nonexistent and 5 noisy air conditioning units outside front door made it quite noisy at night while trying to sleep.

My husband and I stayed for a couple of nights. I am picky when it comes to cleanliness and let me tell you, every nook and cranny was spotless. Kudos to the cleaning staff! It was great to walk into to a fresh smelling, clean room. Next time, we will be staying here longer than 2 nights. The bed and pillows did not disappoint. We slept better here than at our own home lol!! The view from the balcony was the icing on the cake. I can't thank you enough for such a wonder and relaxing weekend. We'll be back, most definitely.

Small, pet friendly, condo

Perfect for two people. Small but it worked for us and our dog. Very clean and fresh smelling(no dust, mold, odors, etc on first impression). First impressions dictate how you feel about a place. Large covered balcony facing the Gulf was very nice to watch the sunrises. Covered parking garage was nice. Very large condo complex and not enough luggage carts for such a large number of units. The beach access deck and stairs(no ramp) were very small. Overall a good stay.

1st seeing Ocean

Over all wonderful stay. Listed washer/dryer in unit, was end of building. Only one unit working, was not happy you wanted me to pay to wash sheets/towels. Would of done all if washer in unit. Power plug outside rusted unsafe to use. Locks sliding doors rusted out.

I liked the location. Been in the Inverness before but not this condo. The bed is comfortable. The drawers in the bedroom don’t open easily. It’s a nice place. Had one issue. Sitting in the living area watching television and drinking a beer. Looked over to pick up the beer and a cockroach was drinking it for me. I’m just thankful I saw it. Put that in your mind and see how you sleep. The next night I put my beer in the middle of the floor so I could keep an eye on it. I have pictures but didn’t see a way to upload them. I was able to kill it so I was hoping he didn’t have any friends. The condo was clean. The cockroach freaked us out.

Condo was clean and the view was the best part.. The furnishings were nice and comfortable.. We had to call numerous times for different issues and the staff was very rude, did not know any details of the room or facility.. The 3 of us were there for a 4 night stay and was given 4 towels.. When called, the rude young lady who answered instructed us to wash these towels in the washer/dryer that was not provided in the unit.. After a short argument she realized there was no washer/dryer and advised us she would call back with a solution.. After 6 hrs and no call back we called again to speak with a different person, after which only 4 more towels appeared in the room in a trash bag.. The water in the unit after being on for 5mins was so hot you can't stand in it and will not cool down. Multiple a/c unit are across the hall and that's all you hear 24/7.. We left after the second night..

Bad weather, nice pad

The condo was amazing. The decor, the view, price all of it. We have stayed at a lot of condos and this one was the best. The only downfall was the faucets weren't clearly marked. My boyfriend ended up taking a super hot shower bc the settings for cold weren't in the usual spot. It took us several minutes to find the right angle to get cold water out of the sink. The place has great acoustics so my boyfriend's deep voice boomed when we were just talking. The sliding doors were heavy but slid nicely and pretty much soundproof. Its crazy how loud the waves were on the patio but once we went back in and closed the door silence. The only issue I had was the length of the door lock code. It was kinda difficult when coming back with groceries or hands full from the beach and having to pull out my phone to punch in the over 5 digit code of random numbers. I really love the fact that not only was there a kuerig but they also had a regular coffee pot. And other condos we've stayed at didn't have a blender so it was nice that this one did. And a crockpot..we didn't use it but I liked the fact that there was one. Also this was the 1st condo that had a 1st aid kit and it was fully stocked. The only real suggestion I can think of is maybe some instructions on how to use the tv controllers. It took me several minutes to figure it out. But I eventually got it down. The weather was bad during our stay so we pretty much spent the whole time at the condo. But the view helped. Would definitely come again.

If you like aggravation on your vacation and long afterwards, STAY HERE

Condo / building had so many things broken it became a joke. like No bedding the first night - got in late and used the "24/7" they advertise, but no bedding til next day. Oven gives a shock when touching the oven door. elevator broken. water pressure bad; 3rd day NO WATER. Disturbing drilling and hammering noises the following day with plumbers / welders. 1 1 broken jacuzzi, 2nd was disgusting/unusable. local vacasa contact tried to address problems. she's 5 stars. i initiated a partial refund for the first night's stay: no bedding. As issues multiplied with no end in sight i increased to a reasonable 50%refund. I only received a *partial* refund from VACASA only, below a fair 50%. Vacasa and VRBO each very politely pushed me off to the other, each saying the other is responsible for the remaining refund but neither working with their partner. They both say they're "reaching out" to their contact and will get back to me. Neither side resolved. Wasted time w/ countless emails and calls explaining ALL where they will "leave messages for a supervisor" that no one has heard of when you followup. There is no one NO ONE at either VRBO / VACASA who will take responsibility to resolve what is fair. NO ONE at VRBO / VACASA called/emailed with a name and direct number or offered a way to get my full 50% refund. my guess is the owner (?) has refused to part with the rest of my refund and VACASA and VRBO have no inclination to reach into their profits to do the right thing. The last email from VACASA i got stated apologies for all the back and forth i have been through and that i must (again for the nth time) reach out to VRBO to get the rest of my refund. So instead of VACASA reaching out to VRBO to resolve what's left, i am politely advised to contact VRBO tho this gets me NOWHERE. The last time i spoke with a general VRBO customer service rep, he tried to contact VACASA and got the same run around that i did. Vacasa told the VRBO rep they were reaching out to their contact and would get back to me. Vacasa never said who they waiting on. The owner? It's a circus over there with no one willing to take charge and do the right thing. I have begged them to actually call me to discuss but they keep emailing me to call general vrbo and vacasa "customer service" numbers where i get to explain the situation all over again *every* time and no one calls me. So definitely stay here if you want pay to be stressed on vacation and also long after!!!!
