Parking allowance is difficult for 3 bedroom units. 713 needs a little attention. Loose faucets and a broken lamp primarily. Was a surprise we had to get our own toilet paper replacement. No problem buying it, just a surprise we needed to do that before we ran out.

The TV did not work. After trying everything I had already done they swapped it for a tiny one. From a 50” to a 24”. The hot water would not last through a shower. They called a plumber who showed up later on the day after we left, so only cold showers. No offers to move of explanation or adjustment in bill.

It was pretty difficult to get support using the phone. I keep being pass to different group. It is common to hear 'we don't support Sunchase IV and then when we call the given number it goes to voicemail. I left multiple voice message and no one got back to us. Very bad. Getting additional tissue paper was also an issue. The additional foldable bed support is also damaged. There are missing bulbs as well.

The property location is central to everything, the grounds are immaculate, and the view from any of the 3 private balconies are jaw dropping. One side is sunrise, one is sunset. The place is very clean and well maintained.

Our family of 5 with three under the age of 12 loved this place. The kids especially loved the pools. One thing we wished our condo had was beach equipment. Even if the room doesn’t have beach equipment, it would be nice if the front desk had some for check out. Overall, we would stay again!

Great View

The condo overall was nice, however, some areas such as the bathrooms need to be updated. Also, the outdated vertical blinds need to be replaced, they were sometimes difficult to open and in one of the bedrooms they would not open at all. One thing they should tell you when reserving more than one room; odd numbers are on one side of the facility and even numbers on the opposite side, which is two different "towers". We were on the 9th floor and the view was great! The condo was well stocked with all that we needed. The front desk staff was nice and friendly. The price we paid was very reasonable. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

We REALLY loved the view from the second story of the condo. On one side we could view the Bay, and on the other side we could see the Gulf. It was GORGEOUS. However, during booking I didn't realize that it was a two story condo, and that made it challenging at times with a parent with hip issues. The beach was also a bit of a hike from the building (Again, walking issues. Something I need to be more cognizant of for next time...) The beach and pool were gorgeous, though. Loved it! The only other complaint I have is that we ran out of toilet paper the day before we left, the office had closed early (it's the off-season), and there wasn't any extra in the house, other than the upstairs bathroom. Overall, it was great. I just need to figure out if they have 1-story condos for the next time we stay on SPI. <3

Our first night we left donuts on the stove in a donut box and went to dinner. When we got back there were four huge roaches crawling on our food. We had zero hot water in our showers, and we were only allowed to park one of our two cars in the gated area. We had a large party and alerted the property of two cars but they refused to let us park both on the gated side of the property. Dirty dishes, extremely uncomfortable mattresses. The view was the only good part.

Family Vacation 2024

The views are amazing— seriously lives up to the name Sunchase; from sunrises to sunset, every balcony gave us a spectacular view. Beach is a short walk away. And we loved playing tennis in the morning.

Unit was clean & spacious. Great location. Some maintenance is needed. Patio floor tiles are uneven and broken. A rug is thrown over part of it to prevent tripping or cutting your feet. Bathroom light was dangling by the electrical supply (maintenance was called). Sofa uncomfortable due to worn/smashed down cushions. Bedroom blinds missing slats. Missing AC vent.
