Cute condo with a great view

We enjoyed our stay in this condo, it was nicely decorated and comfortable for 2 people. The view of the beach/ocean was amazing and there was nice outdoor furniture on the balcony. The location in SPI was great and within walking distance to many restaurants. We enjoyed the pools at the complex as well.

Quick winter get-away.

Enjoyed the condo. It was very spacious for the two of us. The view of the ocean from the balcony was wonderful. It was very clean upon arrival. We found the kitchen lacking some basics and could have used more kitchen towels. We were return visitors to the island and love the location.

Great location

We were happy with our stay. The location on the island is close to several restaurants. The view from the condo was exceptional. We felt very safe at the gated complex. The only things I think need improved are a few updates to the condo- counter tops were tiled with dirty grout, counters need replaced. Shower door needs fixed. I think I read at least two other reviews mentioning the shower door prior to our stay. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Overall this is an okay unit but needs some updating. Our issues: Shower door on tub needs to be replaced. It’s old, cranky and kept coming off the track. Bugs. Mostly crickets but small roaches as well. Water pressure. We were on the fourth floor. I just wonder what the people on the fifth floor experienced. Overall, we’ll look for a different place next time.

Beautiful view!

First the good stuff! King sized bed was extremely comfortable! Balcony patio furniture was excellent quality and comfortable! Ceiling fans were nice updated and worked great. A/C worked great and condo was clean. Bad stuff....microwave oven came on but did not heat at all. Water pressure was horrible at shower, lavatories and kitchen sink. Shower/tub was completely outdated with an old sliding door that fell off when you tried to open or close it, cutting my husbands foot one night when he couldn't catch it in time. Everything else about the complex was very nice.

Spectacular View!

We were so delighted with our stay here. The property was well maintained and we loved being so close to the ocean. It literally was a few minutes to walk onto the beach using direct access from the property. The decor in the condo itself was beautiful and made us feel like we were right at home. The staff was friendly. The view from our balcony was breathtaking! We will definitely stay here again.

Motel 6 Interior With A View

Condo has obviously been neglected interior wise for a while. Paint missing in numerous places, cracked, stained and where they tried to touch it up they used flat vs. enamel all throughout so it really sticks out. Bed is hard, shower door kept on coming off of it's track. BUGS - we lost 2 days worth of breakfast food to them. You can hear the person above you peeing if it's a guy standing up. Great view and the complex is okay (one next door is much nicer) otherwise it would be a 2 star vs. a 3 star review. Dated furniture, TV in den never worked properly, no instructions anywhere, toilet seats are cracked, no Keurig (who doesn't have one of those?).
