We really enjoyed our stay at Sapphire! It was beautiful and the amenities were great. The humongous pool was even warm as we have heard in the past the pool has had issues with heating. The staff were super friendly and we were always greeted as we came and went. Our condo was large and accommodated our family of seven wonderfully. We can’t wait to go back!!

We usually love staying at Sapphire when we visit the island because of the location and amenities. This unit met our basic needs and there was enough space for our family of 5. There are a few areas for improvements that could make the rental experience better. Some items, such as the cooking pans and the couch are in very poor condition and need to be replaced. If you plan to cook make sure to bring or buy any seasonings or oils as they had none other than salt/pepper and some vinegar. We still had a good time.

Family vacay

My family of 5 (3 teens) stayed for 5 nights and had a marvelous time. The unit was very clean, AC worked well and pool was great. It’s a short walk to the beach and the chair/umbrella service was wonderful- just be sure to book early in the morning. My teens enjoyed the movie theater and game room in the evenings. Host communication was prompt and helpful. We would definitely recommend this condo and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Great condo

My family of 5 visited and enjoyed the spacious 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The unit was very clean and exactly as advertised. The owner was excellent with communication. We really enjoyed our time here. Beach was incredible. Pool area is very nice.Hot tub was fantastic. Gym was spacious with a lot of equipment, bikes, treads, and free weights. We didn't use the other amenities (game room, theater room) but I assume they are up to the same high standard as the rest of this condo. If you're looking at SPI, this is a great option to consider.

Comfortable Sapphire Condo

We ran into some cold/rainy weather for a few days, so I was grateful for a very cozy condo to shelter in. The property is very clean and the staff is very helpful when asked about anything. We enjoyed the indoor game room and theater. I guess I assumed the pool would be heated, but found out it wasn't, and the hot tub was cold for a few days too, so that was a bummer. We ended up paying to use the pool at Margaritaville, which was an added expense (90/day for a family of 4). The beach is beautiful and easily accessible. The island is very easy to navigate and during this time of year, we didn't hit any traffic. We did head out to Brownsville one day and went to "Main Event" at the mall for their arcade, bowling, and restaurant. Something to keep in mind if you hit unpleasant weather too. It was one of my favorite days there. All-in-all the sapphire is a pretty great place to spend your vacation.

Great condo with everything you need!

We did a lot of searching before deciding to book this condo. We found that everything was exactly as it was described. We actually thought it looked even better in person! From beach towels, to all the things needed at the beach/pool, fully stocked kitchen to cook meals, and plenty of room for 6-8 people...this place did not disappoint. It was clean, in a great location near restaurants, shopping, and excursions. We did bay fishing within just blocks of the condo too. The only thing we weren't a fan of was the staff who was patrolling the grounds. They get a little too overly upset about the smallest things. Moving chairs by the pool to get better sun (even if we would put them back after use), and since we were the only ones at the pool...we kept a small speaker at a very low volume, but that apparently is a big no even if nobody else is around. It didn't ruin anything for us and we understand they need rules, but could be better about enforcing the spirit of the rules instead of being so strict. Overall - couldn't be more satisfied with the response we got from the owners from the moment we booked and giving all the directions up front that there were no questions needed to be answered during our stay. Would highly recommend!

This was our third year staying in SPI. The property and amenities was better than both places we stayed prior. The owner was easy to communicate with, the place was as advertised and has a true vacation home feel.

Best place

This condo was excellent. It was perfect for my family and had everything you need. It’s beautiful, and the hotel is awesome because there is no public traffic. Pool and hot tub were incredible. This place was easy. The best part was the bed I stayed in. It was one of the queens and it was the best I’ve slept in a long time. We decided we need new bedding and pillows at home because these were so much better than our own :)
