The staff was very courteous. The views were amazing. Only issue, didn't know where to dispose the trash, not very clear on if beds linens or towels would be changed. Peaceful and clean.

The staff was GREAT! The inside of the hotel could use some work and the bathroom had water damage on the bottom of the door and cupboards. If you’re not worried about a perfect room, the outdoors was well taken care of and the pool was cleaned every day. Isn’t a bad stay for the price.

Excellent Stay!

The accommodations were perfect for our family. We had an excellent stay with the unit having all the essentials we needed. The Staff are all so friendly and helpful with a special call out to Rudy who helped make our stay a pleasant one helping with any questions we had and ensuring we experienced excellent service and comfort. Room had a deck/patio but was only about 18 inches wide so no way to actually put a chair out there to sit. Also on second floor and right above the entrance to the hotel so everyone could see unit he room as they looked up upon entering

Awful!

Doors that wouldn’t lock after previous break-in, stains on bedding, mold on ceiling, lots of rust, torn laminate on bathroom cabinet. Requested another room but none available. Asked for repair of door locks- told repairs made but they weren’t. Will never stay here again.

Ceiling in the room needs some TLC. There was a great view from the balcony. Staff upon check in were very courteous. Overall a great stay, but be aware that this room has a connecting door, and you can hear everything from the next room.
