The room was clean and tidy upon arrival. It was easy to access the room. The only thing that I noticed was that the bathroom sink drains slowly, the chair near the bed had one of the foot rests dislocated but I replaced and finally if renting to someone they should be aware that it’s the room around from the main apartment and their could be possibly noise from the next door rental
