Newly remodeled in 2023 with all new upgraded appliances/features, and updated furnishings make your stay comfortable and help you feel pampered. Wake to an amazing sunrise over the gulf every morning from your private patio. The soothing sound of ocean waves lull you to sleep at night and beckon you to the beach during the day. The Tiki Condominium complex has 2 large pools that are heated during the winter and are surrounded by lush landscaping.
Safety to our guests: *The Tiki Condominium complex has outdoor camera's throughout the complex to insure our registered guests, with rental agreements, are safe and secure. *Each of our condos have exterior camera's actively recording the entry and exit doors, which record video and audio, for your safety. If you have any questions, please contact the owner.
This condo is 790 sq. ft. and can accommodate a family of 5 (2 adults, 3 small children or 4 adults very comfortably). Sleep comfortably with two queen size beds in the main bedroom, and two twin beds in the bunk room.
