The staff wasn’t welcoming and didn’t offer to help us. We had to go up to see if he was ready to check us in. The shower curtain in room 612 kept sliding down and water was going all over the floor. Not enough towels for one night stay and had to ask multiple times for new towels.

The AC had a paper taped to it with a knob and someone drew the arrows but it did not quite work right. The door also seemed as if it didn’t close all the way which made me feel unsafe. I used my luggage in front of the door in the event someone could get in. One night I could hear people screaming and yelling and slamming doors. As a single female, this hotel overall did not feel safe and I’d suggest paying a little more for rooms that have heat and a newer building. "
