Good to know:
The Lake Michigan shoreline naturally shifts throughout the season. At times, the tram will bring you to a sandy area just above the waterline, with steps into the lake at either end.
Trams are maintained by the neighborhood association and may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or charging. While this is not common, access cannot be guaranteed at all times. Guests are asked to follow posted instructions to help keep the system running smoothly for everyone.

Miami Park is one of South Haven’s most sought-after lakefront communities, known for its quiet setting and beautiful stretch of Lake Michigan shoreline.
Tucked away from the summer crowds but just a short drive to downtown, it offers the best of both worlds—peaceful surroundings with easy access to shops, dining, and local favorites.

Parking: Driveway parking space for up to 2 vehicles + 1 gravel parking space
***Street parking is never permitted in the Miami Park neighborhood
Pets: Dogs are welcomed at this property
***Only one dog may be permitted to be on this property at a time
Beach Access: Neighborhood provides private tram-system to access private community beach

We provide an after-hours emergency phone number in case an issue arises outside of our standard business hours. Additionally, we provide you with a mobile SMS number that you can text for non-emergency issues.
