"Close to the convention center which is why we chose it, friendly staff, funky lobby/bar/reception area. "

"The staff at the front desk were very friendly. Breakfast closed at 9:30 which was disappointing and wasn’t clearly advertised. Parking and unloading luggage was inconvenient to location. There were no carts available upon arrival and you had to go up to the 5th floor of hotel to get a cart and come back down to the sidewalk. There was only 1 elevator available so that took quite some time. There was no usb plug in the room to charge devices."

"We had to come to Charlotte for our daughter's wedding and needed something nice, clean, and easy to get to and from many different venues through the weekend. We fell in love with this house. It was just the perfect place all the way around. On the last night, we had an evening to ourselves and found our new favorite pizza place 4 minutes by car. We highly recommend Open Kitchen for all those who crave good Italian, and delicious pizza. I would highly recommend this VRBO, as long as you don't all book it up when we need it the next time we are in town"
