Full kitchen and laundry. Olive oil and vinegar were a nice touch. The patio and table off the kitchen were cute but smelled musty and like the neighbors’ cigarette smoke, so it really wasn’t functional for us, but other guests might now mind. The sitting room windows opened to a very pretty interior patio so it was quiet and no direct sun to speak of (as it was on the first floor). Nice neighborhood. Friendly and responsive host via messaging.

Great spacious apartment in excellent location

Great size, comfy bed, large sitting roomAnd kitchen. BathroomSmall but spotlessly clean. Location was tight in the old town but very quiet and walking distance to all sites. Great bars and restaurants nearby and appreciated owners recommendations. Appreciated the washing machine!

False Listing!!!

This property is not two bedrooms. Do not show up expecting to see two separate bedrooms and a sofa bed as shown in the photos. We ended up working with Vrbo support and got a full refund for our stay and found another place last minute. The host was in complete denial that this listing is false. Thanks to Vrbo customer support to help us out. Otherwise the initial check in before noticing the lack of bedrooms was easy. I believe it could have been a nice place if the host was honest from the beginning

Great Apartment

The apartment is a great find in central Seville. Handy location for all the sights. The apartment was tastefully finished and had everything we needed. Loved the little patio to have a bit of wine and tapas. Check in was easy and great communication from the hosts. Superb.

The heart of Seville

Located in the historic neighborhood and 8 minutes from all the best: Catedral, Alcazar, beautiful neighborhoods, enchanting architecture. The apartment is beautiful, quiet, convenient. An elevator saves you carrying luggage up the stairs. The building is charming, with a central patio.we loved shopping for food at grocery stores close by but also close to tons of restaurants. Highly recommend in every way.

Perfect place to stay in Seville!

We couldn’t be happier with our experience in Seville and staying here was a wonderful start to a great vacation. The managers were very quick to respond to all inquiries we had. The place was very cute, quiet and couldn’t be a better location. We walked to everything, it was fabulous! Great value and we would stay again.

Wonderful hosts & great location

Mar and Enrique were amazing hosts. They sent us many suggestions of places to visit and eat in Seville. They were very responsive to all our questions and we are greatly appreciative of them. The apartment worked well for the two of us. Location was excellent. You step out and are in the middle of historic Seville. Thank you for your hospitality! Mar y Enrique fueron unos anfitriones increíbles. Nos enviaron muchas sugerencias de lugares para visitar y comer en Sevilla. Respondieron muy bien a todas nuestras preguntas y les estamos muy agradecidos. El apartamento funcionaba bien para nosotros dos. La ubicación era excelente. Great location, clean property

This was our first VRBO experience that was managed by a property manager as opposed to a host so it felt very different and much less personal. The listing indicated communication in English, French or Spanish which was key for us for communication. Emails received prior to arrival were all in Spanish, from who I believe are the owners, despite us communicating in English. Upon arrival they asked that we let the property manager know and indicated they speak English which we did through Whats App. We received a quick response in English and they indicated they would send someone to check us in. Shortly, a gentleman arrived with the keys to check us in. This gentleman spoke no English making it very difficult to get any info on the property. The gentleman also did not know how to operate the washing machine and was able to communicate Google it. When I reached out to property manager who spoke English through What's app phone call, she indicated there was a laundromat down the street. I communicated that we rented an apartment with laundry and did not plan to use a laundromat. We eventually were sent English instructions. If this owner is paying property mgmt for multilingual communication, they should be aware of this situation. Overall, the apartment was clean and comfortable and I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone for a stay in Seville.

Charming Apartment in Seville / Encantador Apartamento en Sevilla

(first in English then Spanish) This is a charming, petite apartment in the old quarter of Seville just minutes walking distance from the Cathedral and Alcazar. It is located in an apartment building with an inside courtyard. Everything was clean and well appointed. We did not lack for anything. The host was very solicitous and helpful. I would highly recommend this apartment but would warn anyone with mobility problems that the bathroom is tiny and it’s hard to maneuver around the bed. (primero en inglés y luego en español) Este es un pequeño y encantador apartamento en el casco antiguo de Sevilla, a pocos minutos a pie de la Catedral y el Alcázar. Está ubicado en un edificio de apartamentos con patio interior. Todo estaba limpio y bien equipado. No nos faltó de nada. El anfitrión fue muy atento y servicial. Recomiendo encarecidamente este apartamento, pero advertiría a cualquier persona con problemas de movilidad que el baño es pequeño y es difícil maniobrar alrededor de la cama.

Beautiful little apartment

A beautiful little apartment in the heart of the old city. We walked to everything. A mind boggling choice of pastry shops and bar restaurants. Two blocks to a Carr four market. Only downside is that it’s not a 2 bedroom, the living room has a sofa bed.

Seville

The location was central to many interesting sights. It was clean, quiet and the bed was very comfortable. We rented a car when we arrived in Seville. I would not do that again because we were able to walk everywhere and parking was difficult to find. I would definitely stay in the apartment again and highly recommend it.
