While this property has a lot of potential, there were numerous, major issues during our stay. The issues were reported to the host during the stay and while the host did respond promptly, the majority of issues were not resolved during our stay. The biggest issue was the back bedroom. The room smelled of urine which could not be resolved during the stay and the room was not useable. The cleaning crew came out during the stay, but the room still smelled and could not be used. The grass was knee high when we arrived to the property but was addressed the next day. The upstairs AC stopped working and was not fixed during our stay. The upstairs oven did not work and was not fixed during our stay. A credit was given for the issues but I feel the amount was not equal to the number of issues. We had a party of 10 and one couple was not able to have a bedroom during our stay.
