"I loved the property and the amenities. I have been coming to Ocean City over 25 years, I have never paid for early access at any other resort/hotel. We arrived 58 minutes prior to check in and were going to be charged a $50 fee. That needs to be changed especially if it is under an hour."

"Properly was nice, we were in the 2nd floor ocean front. They are understaffed, it took several calls and text before we received the towels and toilet paper. Breakfast was great, stayed for 4 days on Father's Day weekend. Parking is limited, our car got towed as a result of this though we forgot to move the car before 5 am. Still, if they have ample parking, this could have been avoided. Paid a hefty amount to get the car back and have to sit and wait for it to be released. Inside and out pools look not managed well, pool water not as clear as they should be. Location is great, just a few steps to cross the boardwalk and you get to the beach. The room beside us left their dog the whole 3 days, so we can hear the fog crying. My son found a huge tick on his pillow! Taking note of this the next time we book an animal- friendly hotel. Overall it was a good Father's Day getaway to be positive."
