Our stay was absolutely exceptional. This Sedona home was the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and breathtaking scenery. The stunning red rock views from the three massive near floor-to-ceiling windows were truly unforgettable …. like waking up inside a postcard each morning.The home itself was beautifully appointed, with every detail contributing to an upscale yet relaxing experience. The hot tub and fireplace were the perfect finishing touches, making mornings and evenings equally magical.Location was another huge highlight. It’s conveniently close to hiking trails, restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping, making it easy to enjoy everything Sedona has to offer without sacrificing time, privacy or tranquility.We did experience a minor issue with the keypad upon arrival, but customer service was outstanding. Our call was answered immediately by a live person who walked us through troubleshooting in real time, resolving the issue quickly and seamlessly. Jacob was awesome to deal with during booking! Overall, this property exceeded expectations in every way. If you’re looking for a luxurious Sedona retreat with unforgettable views, incredible amenities, and responsive service, this home is an absolute gem.

Amazing Property

This property is 2-5 minutes driving to everything including, Safeway, restaurants, PetSmart, hiking, jeep rentals and at night you feel like you are out and of the city… very quite and loved the “dark city” ordinance after 10pm so you can enjoy the stars at night from the hot tub:)

Very nice house / view

We had eight friends staying at the property, but I think it would be most comfortable for six. The kitchen is well stocked and beds were generally comfortable. I would consider staying here again in the future.

Clean, great amenities, quiet neighborhood

Great house tucked into a quiet neighborhood. I did not see any next door neighbors during our 2-night stay. Everything was clean and the amenities were great. The house has plenty of provisions – towels, soaps, kitchen pots, pans and dishes. The view off of the living room is amazing as you look out to beautiful red rock cliffs! The signage around the house is a bit excessive. There is a label on almost every light switch and you don’t walk more than a few steps before you are reminded to remove your shoes.We brought our dog and note the back yard is not fenced in so she went out on leash every time. I spotted javelina walking through the neighborhood one day but they don’t seem to be interested in people and just keep walking to wherever they are going. Just keep an eye out for them. The neighborhood is great for walking and close to two trailheads. We explored the Amitabha Stupa and Peace Park and Andante Trail. Overall, this is a great option for your Sedona stay.

Can't Beat the Location

House was clean and well taken care of and check in was a breeze. The views are amazing and neighborhood is quiet, minus the wildlife that will greet you when you go outside.Compared to other rentals in this price range, we did find that the kitchen was lightly stocked in terms of items like paper towels, tin foil, and food storage containers. Also did not look like the hot tub had been serviced that week as the chlorine dispenser was empty and water got funky by the end of the stay. Would recommend the property to anyone interested in visiting Sedona as the location is great and there are plenty of dining/shopping options near by without having to deal with uptown traffic.

Beautiful view of the mountains, comfortable & clean. Surprised to see a large group of Javelina walk across the patio one evening! Didn't appreciate the early check-in/late checkout "offers" for $50 an hour. It seems like a ripoff and in bad taste.

Everything about this rental and managment company was fantastic. The home is beautiful and well appointed. The neighborhood is quiet but very convenient to everything you need. Incredible View

This home has an incredible view right out of the huge living room windows. The home was perfect for our family of four with large spacious rooms. Comfortable beds, relaxing outdoor patio, perfectly balanced spa, and close to the main drag in West Sedona(Safeway right down the road!). We would highly recommend and would definitely stay if in Sedona again. A few minor things to note: should add more plastic cups. We had to wash them a lot due to there not being enough. Master shower has hot/cold plumbing reversed. Spa cover is NOT easy to open/close. It needs work. These minor issues did not impact our stay but were worth noting. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Great stay!

Best view I’ve stayed in from the living room! Great outdoor space and location. Loved the house the only issue I had was the master bathroom shower water wouldn’t get warm but easy enough to use the guest bathroom a couple times . Highly recommend !

This property was extremely cute and had all the amenities required. It is also in a nice, quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed being close to shopping and attractions while also being remote enough to see the stars at night. Highly recommend.

Signs everywhere about using coasters, shoes, spa rules, toilet flushing rules. Unnecessary. Toilets not clean (mold ring). Mini blind in bedroom broken, shower in master hot water would not work. Shower in guest side drain cover loose. Hot tub chlorine cover broken, No spa pillows. Needs updating on linens. Million Dollar view but not a million dollar stay.

Great location

The property was beyond amazing - the views were truly breathtaking and its location was perfect! You could easily access local trails on foot and reach Safeway, donuts, fast food, etc. in no time. We loved the posted house rules throughout the house- especially useful for our teenage boys! This made sure everyone followed simple rules. All in all, it was a great experience and we were impressed with how well maintained the property was. We had such a wonderful experience here and would absolutely love to come back!

AMAZING STAY

This property is AMAZING! There are beautiful views from the living room and bedrooms. It's super CLEAN, spacious and packed full of all your needs! Some light pantry items that may or may not be there each time (syrup, agave, salt, pepper, olive oil, coffee), plenty of plates, pots, pans, tupperware, silverware, towels, etc... The welcome packet and booklet of info was wonderful- there is a park pass that you can take and use for many (not all) of the trail parking lots so you do not need to pay each time. This was an incredible PLUS for us! Tour booklets are at the house for your reading (trail books, Sedona books, restaruant and surrounding area info) all was provided- SO AWESOME! Oh, and I am not 100% sure if this house takes pets or not (I think it does as the host left us dog poop bags), but Sedona is a very "dog friendly" area! Especially all of the hiking trails etc! It's incredible! The hosts respond quickly to needs (if there are any) and the property is well cared for. It was just my husband and I and I have to say that we would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this home and will be back in the future as Sedona is definitely on our radar now!
