First and foremost, Vince was an exceptional host! He answered all my questions completely & quickly. Our room was very clean. Even though we had to climb to the fourth floor with our luggage, Unit #5 had a beautiful view on a beautiful view. The cost was perfect for a few hour stay.

Not Sleepless in Seattle

We had an amazing time! Vince was very communicative and helped us add two nights when our plans changed. The rooms were great with a fridge, coffee maker and microwave.the bathrooms also had earplugs in case you needed them, we didn’t we slept like babies. The common area was perfect to hang out or work in or cook something up. Thanks and we look forward to staying again!

Property need to be more transparent when booking thru Expedia what this is. There is a common area and rooms. There was not remote for the TV in common area as the person, whoever that was washing laundry when I got back to this weird place had likely taken it. There is no description I was ever aware of on how this arrangement would be, that this was not a hotel type setting and it sucked, plan and simple.

We had horrible time. A/C was making crazy noises. Immediately after check-in sent video to whoever was in charge. Nothing happened during our 3 nights 4 day stay in Seattle. She ruined our vacation. Very rude unprofessional.

Property was exactly what I was looking for. Nothing super fancy, cheap, and in a great location. Was just over a mile from Climate Pledge Arena, and just as close to some amazing bars and restaurants. We always just like scooter around Seattle and it was a perfect location for it. Everything is within a 10-20 minute scooter ride. Room was very clean, hallway was a bit messy and scuffed as I have seen in other reviews, but oh well, it’s like 10 steps and the rest of the place was perfectly fine. Can’t blame the hotel for people being dirty. Would recommend and will be staying here again.

Not what i expected!

No remote for common area tv, shams on bed were dirty, and distance to walk to climate pledge area was alot further than stated on website. The only things that related to Harry Potter were a few wall hangings and a pillow on bed. AND NO PARKING CLOSE!!

Terrible Professionalism

First and foremost, the location of the residence was extraordinarily difficult to find, especially when you just moved to Vancouver from Homestead, Florida to be with my Fiancé. The hosts were almost inpossible to reach, both before, during, and even during the check-out process. It is a beautiful little efficiency (mattress not so much), and within walking distance to downtown Seattle. All of the basic ammenties were provided however, but do not expect any sort of actual hospitality from the property owners, and trying to communicate is almost impossible. If I could get my money back, I would greatly appreciate it. My fiamce and I are flabbergasted and repulsed at the mannerisms and lack of professionalism displayed by our host.

We had a room on the top floor, stairs were a bit narrow but not a problem for us just something to note. Overall comfy beds, nice bathroom with everything we needed. Great place for a nights stay! Tv in room with lots to watch. Only bummer was one of the coffee cups was chipped so when I made myself a coffee I didn’t notice it until it started dripping but that didn’t affect my stay at all.

Great affordable option!

The room looked nice, was clean, and spacious. The bathroom was very clean and fully stocked. The owner provides a lot of helpful info in their "digital guidebook". A very affordable option for the area and I was happy with my stay. Be aware that there are other guests staying in the building. I was on the first floor which is the same level as the communal kitchen and right above the front door so there was a lot of noise at times. Some guests didn't seem to know/care about the quiet hours and were not the most considerate when it came to their noise levels. Just an FYI but I don't hold that against the place.
