The spigot in our bath wasn't working properly. For some reason, hot and cold water couldn't mix to make warm water, so water was either hot or cold. When switching to the shower, there was a better (warm) temperature, but the switch was also not working properly so the spigot still had water coming out with the shower on. Also, our hair dryer showed power but couldn't turn on even after resetting. Other than those things, check in was very easy and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was also good for a continental breakfast.

The room was very clean. Fireplace was a nice addition and was very warm. All the needed amenities were available. Great and very convenient location and the property felt safe and was very well kept. Would definitely stay here again.

Water was like warm when turned to maximum hot. The AC unit smelled like mildew. The walls were dirty and moldy in the bathroom. The walls and ceiling were thin enough that we constantly heard people running above us and making noise. There was a loud party in the room next door that went on until 11pm at night and I made multiple attempts to reach out to the front desk to enforce the noise policy but kept getting a busy signal on the phone. It was frustrating. Would not book this hotel ever again

You falsified the quality of this room! I wasn't put in a room that was pictured. The room had MOLD, smelled to high heaven of heavy bleach to cover the smell of said mold that was visible! Causing blurred vision and instant migraine. You caught contact high checking in at front desk. Like employees were smoking Marijuana in the office! Room was filthy dirty. I will be contacting for a refund!!

The lights by the beds didn't work and neither did the plugs and USB ports for our phones. The light in the bathroom was basically burned out - it was barely even a dim light so we had to keep door open when in the shower to get light from the hallway. So it was pretty cold getting out of shower. Room 208 needs to be FIXED.

Sadly my family of 4 didn’t even stay two hours due to upstairs stomping around for hours causing my 1 year old to not be able to sleep. The room overall was a 4/10 . There was clear mold painted over in the bathroom. The sheets had someone’s hair on them. Lost 120$ and had to drive 3 hours home in the middle of the night.
