The enchanting, authentic finca with a wonderful view of the Mediterranean Sea and the mountains is located on an approx. 5,000 m² large, natural, easily accessible property - with olive, almond, fig, pomegranate and other trees, palm trees and plants ,

The pool of 8 x 4 m, with Roman steps, has over 25 ° C from May to October. There are two loungers with a table, wicker chairs and an umbrella. 4 further sun and shade terraces with garden furniture invite you to relax. The finca has been lovingly restored and furnished - with typical terracotta tiles and wooden beam ceilings. Furthermore with 2 satellite TV (flat screen), stereo, washing machine etc. The kitchen is optimally equipped with a ceramic hob, large refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, spices, etc.
With a USB stick / flat rate you have flawless Internet reception.

Further information about the finca 'Las Chumberas': If you would like to spend your vacation in this beautiful finca, you will be well introduced by our German-speaking supervisors on site - Daniela and Peter. On arrival, you will be picked up from the coast by your car by prior arrangement by one of our supervisors and taken to the finca. The unpaved road - approx. 6.5 km - leads somewhat mountainous to our house.

It is advisable to order the rental car directly from the flight booking or from one of the numerous car rental companies in Malaga Airport. Small cars are recommended. B. Opel Corsa, VW Polo, Golf or similar.

Absolutely stunning location!

We couldn't have wished for a more peaceful and we'll appointed property for our holiday. Communication with Verena and Alexander was good before we arrived, and Daniela ( who lives across the valley) was kind and helpful on arrival. The house has everything you could possibly require, the pool is clean and well maintained, and the surrounding area is beautiful. A short drive takes you down to great, easily accessible beaches or beautiful villages like Sayalonga. We will definitely return! Thank you Verena, Alexander and Daniela.

A Rural Paradise

Finca Las Chumberas is quite possibly the most perfect rural retreat. The setting is simply stunning, with views of the sea beyond and perfect quiet all around. The finca itself has been lovingly restored in the most authentic way, with beautiful bohemian touches. The veranda is just a dream, and I could sit there all day! It isn't too far from the coast and so one can visit the beach quite easily, though, a word of warning, the approach roads to the finca are not for the faint hearted, with narrow winding bends and big drops, some of it a dirt track. Peter took great care of us and helped us navigate the roads. We hope to return one day. Thank you!

Magnifique endroit pour se ressourcer loin des tumultes de la ville.Vue incroyable, maison rustique mais très propre et très bien équipée. Seul "inconvénient", l'accès. La route est compliquée dû aux nombreux cailloux, nous avons crevé deux fois en 7 jours, mais heureusement Peter et Daniela, les personnes qui gèrent sur place, nous ont beaucoup aidé.

Super tolle Finca , genau nach unserem Geschmack ! Es fehlte an nichts . Wir fanden alles so vor wie beschrieben . Allerdings sollte man wissen , dass die Straßen teilweise wirklich ein Abenteuer waren . Man wurde aber immer mit einem ganz tollem Panorama entschädigt ! Das einzige was uns etwas gestört hat , waren sämtliche Wespen , Mücken und Ameisen . Man darf aber auf dem Land eben nicht erwarten , dass alles clean ist . Gegen die Wespen hat Peter uns schnell und unkompliziert geholfen :)

Eine superschöne Finca in wunderbarer Natur. Man könnte noch mehr die Stille und Schönheit genießen, wenn es weniger oder gar keine Wespen und Schnaken gäbe und man muss das Abenteuer lieben bezüglich einer sich auf den Berg windenden relativ schmalen Fahrstraße, die auch viele Ausweichstellen für entgegenkommende Autos hat, für etwa eine halbe Stunde.

Wundervolles Fleckchen Erde

Wer einen ruhigen und völlig entspannten Urlaub abseits der Bevölkerung haben möchte, ist hier genau richtig +entspannt + wunderschönes Haus mit toller Aussicht ins Tal +Ausstattung im Haus top + gepflegt + Vorort Betreuung durch Daniela und Peter super + nahe Anbindung an Lidl etc. + rundum toller, ruhiger Urlaub Ein paar Kleinigkeiten, die wir besser gefunden hätten - ein paar mehr Tuppadosen wären gut, da die Ameisen sich sonst die Weltherrschaft holen - anderer Zusatzstoff im Poll als Kupfersulfat wäre gut, da sich Blonde Haare und Bikinis völlig grün färben und dies nicht mehr raus zu waschen ist - im Schlafzimmer Deckenventilator oder Klima, da es schon sehr heiß war, gerade im August Wir würden aufjedenfall wieder kommen:)

Toller Ort zum Runterkommen, auch wenn man etwas ab vom Schuss ist. Wandern, Strände, Städte, Sehenswürdigkeiten alles im gut erreichbaren Umkreis zu finden.

Authentische Finca - Ruhepol in den Bergen

Wir hatten eine ruhigen und sehr erholsamen Aufenthalt in der Finca. Das Haus und das Grundstück mit dem Pool ist sehr authentisch angelegt - ein bisschen eine Zeitreise, aber sehr schön und für einen Familienurlaub super geeignet - es hat an nichts gefehlt. Perfekt unperfekt - klare Empfehlung!

Paradijsje

Werkelijk waarheen klein paradijsje. Bijzondere weg erheen (6,5 km onverharde weg), leuke offroad trip en viel na een keer gedaan te hebben best mee. Hele fijne ontvangst en service van de beheerders daar. Voor de rest fantastische woning met alle gemakken voorzien maar heel authentiek gebleven. Wat een mooie omgeving en met liefde en aandacht aangelegd ruim perceel op verschillende lagen met een fantastisch zwembad. Dichtbij mooie dorpjes en kust/strand. Kortom om nog een keer terug te gaan!

Entspannter Urlaub

Wir haben zwei erholsame Wochen auf dieser schönen Finca verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet und wir haben mit Freude oft selber gekocht. Die Beschreibung der Finca mit den vielen Fotos entspricht den Tatsachen. Daniela und Peter sind unkompliziert und bei Fragen kann man die Beiden jederzeit kontaktieren. Der Anfahrtsweg zum Haus, insbesondere nachts, ist eine echte Herausforderung und eher mühsam. Möglicherweise könnte es sich lohnen, die Finca über Sayalonga zu erreichen. Wir werden uns immer gerne an diesen Urlaub im schönen Andalusien erinnern.

Petit paradis isolé du monde

La vaste propriété, puisqu'il ne s'agit pas simplement d'une maison de location, est belle, admirable, et sympathique à souhait. Si vous cherchez une habitation agréable à tous points de vue, spacieuse, isolée des bords de mer populeux, alors ne cherchez plus, vous avez ce qu'il vous faut. Ne cherchez pas le luxe, vous aurez plutôt le plaisir de bénéficier d'une ancienne habitation, vraisemblablement une ancienne bergerie restaurée avec goût, aux murs épais et donc bien isolée, qui constitue une havre de paix, avec tout le confort intérieur nécessaire, sans excès ni manquement aucun. L'extérieur de l'habitation est un vrai parc, superbement fleuri, calme, isolé des regards avec une piscine spacieuse et bien entretenue. La vue vers la mer et les collines environnantes est fantastique. Le vent de printemps pourtant si soutenu au bord de mer, y est doux et apaisant, en début juin. Pour l'accès, les chemins de terre sont corrects et aisément parcourables avec une voiture classique. Un véhicule haut sur roues est un plus, mais pas indispensable en soi. La ville et ses offres est à quelques kilomètres (15 à 20 minutes). Vous serez très bien accueillis sur place et puis, profitez du séjour, vous n'aurez aucune question à vous poser. Ce sera un rêve vécu en pure réalité. Pour ceux qui aiment la vie paisible, c'est le bonheur sur terre. Et si le hasard le permet, vous aurez quelques visites inattendues d'hôtes de la flore et végétation des collines environnantes...
