Period residence surrounded by nature 13 km from the center of Bologna and 9 km from the Bologna Casalecchio motorway exit. In the center of a private park of 80 hectares, completely renovated, furnished with period furniture, each room has a private bathroom, television, air conditioning, free WI FI connection, parking included.
Two large living rooms and a large dining room for breakfast welcome guests. The historic residence features:
On the ground floor there are two studio apartments and a double bedroom. On the first floor there are 1 triple room and two quadruple rooms with private bathroom. On the second floor there is the turret room in the historic turret of the building.
Barbecue available for an additional 35.00 Possibility of having a private chef on site upon request and subject to additional cost Possibility of having catering with food delivery upon request and subject to additional cost
The large adjacent garden is available. Pets are welcome. Very welcoming environment even for children. Breakfast is on request and the price depends on the guest's requests. Barbecue available on request and only by reservation at a cost of 39.00 euros
Upon request, you can organize the rooms/mini apartments as you prefer and add other rooms in nearby structures. Upon request, we can provide you with the contact of a partner caterer/or a private chef to have typical Bolognese lunches and dinners delivered to you to enjoy directly at home!
