Our apartment was very clean and very well equipped. Our host was very accommodating and pleasant to deal with. This was our third time to stay in this apartment. We enjoyed every time and would definitely recommend it to others.

Wonderful getaway!

Our trip to Sarasota was exactly what we expected. Karen was a wonderful host and the accommodations were perfect. The apartment was immaculate, and Karen was more than accommodating during our stay. Great time!

Nice quiet place.

Very clean place in a quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay there again. The trees were dropping leaves and little fuzzies pretty heavily but the host did a good job of keeping the area as clean as possible.

SJCPOD enjoyed.

Property was as advertised, perfect for a couple or single traveler. Clean, neat, private and quiet. Pretty much everything needed is provided. Close to Siesta Key which was our reason for picking it. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Cozy, clean and convenient

Cozy with all the amenities. Very clean, modern with lots of storage. Very nice bathroom. Very accommodating, friendly, and responsive host.

Beautiful Stay

Property is so cozy, clean and lovely. Perfect getaway spot for an active couples who enjoy a quiet retreat upon returning from activities. All of the amenities one or two people need are all provided. Great use of space. Karen is fantastic and we feel very pampered and cared for whenever we stay at her property.

Karen met me on the road, guided me to the driveway, and handed me the keysKaren , the owner, has been very responsive and personable. She lives on site.Unit can be identified by a red painted drivewayUpon entry, a guest a is greeted by a spotless living space populated by multiple small printed signs: instructions on how to and a few for do not.I actually found them to be pretty useful.The apartment is basically an efficiency unit, one living space with a separate laundry/bathroom at the end. The living space is comprised of a bed at one end, an easy chair for TV viewing in the center, and a kitchen with a counter and two barstools for eating. Next to the bed is a small desk area, which I used to plan my day and review the previous one.The TV is easily adjustable for viewing from any of these living space areas.Kitchen is well laid out.Laundry room/bathroom is spectacular.Shower/tub is magnificent. Shower has multiple nozzles to spray all body areas. The tub is a Jacuzzi tub which provides whirlpool action while seated in the tub. I didn’t use the Jacuzzi, but luxuriated in the shower. I stayed here for two weeks in March, 2026. I was very comfortable. I loved the location:Short trip to Siesta Key BeachGood eating : three reasonably priced buffet restaurants nearby, sushi, Mexican, and Amish. Detwiler‘s Farm market is an experience to remember. Baltimore Orioles spring trainingHome near This will be my home of choice for future trips to this area

Your Mini home awaits!

I’ll try to make this short and sweet. You can’t and will not find a better place to stay. It’s local to anything you need, siesta key is a short 15 min ish drive. Best beach 🏝️ I’ve ever been too. Your host Karen is the bomb 💣! She answers any requests or questions you have super fast. I recommend this “mini home” that literally has everything you need. The tub and skylight was very relaxing after a long day! A LOT of thought went into the design of this space to maximize every inch of it. Well done!! Will definitely stay again. Thank you for your hospitality Karen. Much appreciated. Peace ☮️ love ❤️ and joy 🤩!! Loved my stay here!!

BEST VRBO AND VALUE EVER!!!

This hidden jewel is by and large the most well-appointed, CLEAN, comfortable, well- managed, well-decorated, and updated VRBO. AIRB&B, HOTEL, MOTEL, OR RESORT we have ever had the pleasure of staying in; Karen has thought of everything, shampoo, conditionner, sunburn gel in frig, bath salts, liquid body wash, sun screen, bubble bath, high-grade linens, over oversized bath towels, beach towles, over 200 movies-with an alphabitized list, cable TV- even the sports channel, condiments, bandaids, washer and dryer, you name it she has thought of it. THIS IS THE PRRFECT PLACE TO FLY INTO with just a carry-on as she has all the toiletries. Karen, the host, was so delightful! We liked her so much we invited her out to dinner. Karen even empties your trash for you. Private side entrance with your own driveway! The list goes on. Talk about value!!! The price she charges for what she offers is unbeatable, and we looked for over two weeks. Hurry, don't miss out on this opportunity before she realizes she is under charging! Pet Princess, the cat, for us:) And yes, Karen will quite literally leave the lights on for you!
