This condo was beautiful! You can’t beat the beach view and easy accessibility to the private beach. This was great for our family of 6 with young children. The condo was very clean. The kitchen had everything I needed and more to be able to cook for my family. The owner was very kind and quick to reach out upon our booking to make sure all of our questions /needs were met. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Easy walk to the beach! The unit was one of the closest units in the complex to the private boardwalk. A bit tight fitting our SUV in the carport since it’s the end unit, but we made it work. A little disappointed that your view is partially looking over a parking lot and anyone coming across the boardwalk was staring directly into your unit. We didn’t feel the photos disclosed this information. We sat on the top balcony most of the time because the views from the lower unit weren’t great. With that in mind, it was worth it to be only steps away to the PRIVATE beach. Photo from the lower balcony.

Relaxed and lazy week

We enjoyed our stay at Walton Dunes! It was the perfect size for our group of 5. It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed and more. The only downside was we drove our pickup and struggled a bit with the carport because of the inability to get the proper angles to park. Other than that, we had a lovely time. The private beach is a must!

Beautiful and peaceful vacay…again!

Our family loved our time spent here last summer so much we had to come back this summer. Very clean, beautifully decorated, and amazing views of the ocean. We love the convenience and beauty of being right on the beach. This condo provides everything our family needed to thoroughly enjoy our vacation- umbrellas, chairs, and towels. We look forward to coming back again next summer to stay here and continue our family beach trip tradition.

Beautiful Beachfront Stay

We had a wonderful time, and the location of this darling condo couldn’t be better! We enjoyed coffee from the top patio balcony each morning, while taking in the beautiful ocean views! Just steps from the private beach entrance, and with the central location between Seaside/Watercolor and Rosemary beaches, it was just perfect!

wonderful place

We truly enjoyed our stay at this condo.The place is very clean and located by the beach.The access to the beach is private,which limits number of people on the beach in this area. The manager and the owner are very nice and responsive. The co do community has HOA and the on site owners approached us on the beach about the tent that we have .We understand that it is overall Walton Beach requirement to place the tent closet to the dunes but on the beach with 3 other families,I would not expect this to be a problem. We have always had our tent close to the ocean and were never approached about it elsewhere. Overall,we had a wonderful time in this secluded location.

Beautiful views and wonderful Host!

This property is wonderful and so close to the beach! We enjoyed coffee on the patio and watching the waves all day. We had 2 large teen boys with us who were very comfortable in the second bedroom. We cooked all our meals here except 2 and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Joseph was so helpful as we had to reschedule initially due to emergency surgery. We cannot recommend this place highly enough!! Thank you for having us!

Right on the beautiful, white-sand beach of Santa Rosa Beach/Seagrove Beach, Florida, a perfect haven for our weeklong getaway. Everything we needed, nothing we didn’t. This well-equipped townhouse is updated, very comfortable, and ideally located for an enjoyable and relaxing week at the beach.

Our Happy Place

Exactly what our family needed. Location, size, and just steps from the beach. The home provided comfort, cleanliness, and everything we needed. The homeowners have thought about everything to inform and make things easy to those vacationing . We absolutely enjoyed our stay and highly recommend staying here.

Perfect family getaway

For a last minute booking, this property and location could not have been more perfect for our family. The house was super clean and updated. Had everything we needed and then some :). Loved being able to walk down the boardwalk to the beach each day and easily go back and forth to the house as needed. Located near many restaurants as well! Would 100% stay here again :)

Beautiful, very clean, right on the beach

Everything about this condo is wonderful. Super cute decor, Right on the beach, close to all the restaurants, very clean. We’ve stayed in the area many times and this was the cleanest, and just steps to the beach. Host is easy to work with and property manger stays in touch just in case you need anything.

Close to Beach and Ease of Access

This is a great location and the townhome had everything we needed for our stay. We chose this property after staying nearby last year and wanting to have closer access to the beach. It was nice to have a semi-private beach access and not have to get up early and stake out your umbrellas! Also, there were beach towels and shower towels available in useful quantities so that we didnt have to do laundry each day.

Perfect vacation stay

We had an amazing stay here. The pictures don’t do it justice. The beach is private so we had ample space to spread out. We used a service for our chairs and umbrella and it was wonderful to wake up, stroll down the walkway to the beach, and hang out there. With two little kids, having easy access back to the home was key. They were able to go grab snacks if needed, use them bathroom, and take a break without us having to leave as a family and take down all of our stuff. We also loved that there were beach supplies there that we could use - the net got the most use as we tried to catch crabs! The home itself is great. Very clean, comfortable, and homey. We immediately felt at ease and settled into a quiet, relaxing week. We plan on staying again many times!!
