Perfect location

It was a beautiful house in the perfect location! We were very close to the beach, the square, and many restaurants. The house was extremely clean and the property managers were very nice and very helpful.

We enjoyed using the community swimming pool, visiting the beach, dinning in town, watching the fireworks on the beach on the 4th of July, fishing in the bay, and hanging out and having a good time. This was our 8th summer visit to Seaside.

Comments: This well located cottage is attractively furnished and has a great kitchen. Tons of outdoor seating and nice porches. Each of the real bedrooms has an en-suite bath. The additional queen bed is on the 3rd level, accessible by steep stairs, with no real handrail! Very dangerous and I don’t know how they get away with it that. Not a single beach chair on the premises, which most rentals include. Also, the TV had 4 remotes, 2 channel guides that contradicted each other, and no instructions. Had to call maintenance guy, and it took him a while to figure it out! Major oversight. Also, no information book provided by owners: restaurant recommendations activities, etc. just the standard Seaside info.

Perfect grill area. Very close to the beach.Kitchen is great, but poorly stocked. Plates are chipped, mismatched silverware, no full set up measuring cups or spoons, no broom or vacuum or Dustbuster, though management quickly brought us a broom. Master tv not hooked up, plugs in bathrooms weren’t working. Master shower light and fan weren’t working.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For the cost of this rental, we expected a little bit more. The kitchen stove fan did not work filling the kitchen with smoke every time we cooked. The gas oven did not light and one of the burners on the stove do not work. The microwave oven display was broken and evidently it has been broken for a while.according to maintenance man. Maintenance and appliance repair personnel had to be there for three days during our stay. The ceiling fans all were very dirty and the rental is showing some overuse. The upstairs third bedroom was very hot and only has a window AC unit trying to keep it cool. The location of the rental is in a great spot and very quiet.

Driveway for car. and loved the bed in the tower.However!! heat could not keep up with temps and/or regulate. downstairs (main living space) was frigid cold, especially TV room. and the bedrooms were so hot you couldn't sleep. Thermostat for downstairs was upstairs and thermostat for upstairs bedroom was downstairs. Made absolutely no sense.The list of things that didn't work is long: -DISHWASHER! washed dishes by hand the whole vacation-main oven-back burner on cooktop-fireplace. which would have helped with cold temps downstairs.-sauna-all the toilets didnt flush without a lot of "babying"-many burned out lightbulbs.This home has most definitely been neglected.
