Only perks about this hotel is the location. Staff is very nice, but for the price the hotel look ran down dirty walls a lot of broken stuff Rust on everything. I highly doubt the sheets were changed from the last guest who stayed there. There is a lot of bugs and there was a lot of wall damage and patches that were not sanded or painted for the price this hotel should be in way better shape. I would rather stay at one of the other locations preferably the Marriott that just got rebuilt the Comfort Inn heck even torch light is a better recommendation. The only reason people stay here is because of the location. I have pictures, but I am unable to upload them on here for some reason the owner of this hotel needs to take all that money that they are charging and invest it in the cleaning up this hotel

Location, location, location. We were there for the 5k, then boardwalk and beach. Once I parked in the lot, i never moved the car and was able to walk to all of our destinations. That part is amazing. The property is privately owned and won't have many amenities you may be accustomed to, so you should carefully review the website. The rooms are clean but older, there are no stairs, and limited services available. Check in is at 4. The one clerk arrived at 3:45pm to check people in. The rooms are pretty close together so you may want to make friends with your neighbors LOL. The property has lots of terrace space, shared and private, most of it has some ocean view. It's just different. I'm on the fence of whether or not I'd go back, it's a roll of the dice as far as the quality of your room and there is little support once you get in there.

Unfortunately the hotel is accessible to pedestrians. A homeless person was screaming at the top of his lungs and banging on the windows and doors to let him inside. It was terrifying. I had to call the local authorities. I let the hotel staff know and nothing was done. Only an apology. Not even a discount or refund. Very unfortunate. I had my baby with me and it was a scary experience. I will not stay here again.

Very pet friendly. Courteous service. Beautiful location. Walking distance to food and the boardwalk. Wonderful ocean view. Super quiet. The only minor issue we had was working the tv and the internet. Very few channels but they offered Netflix login which unfortunately didn’t work well with the weak internet signal.

40th birthday Trip

My friends and I came for our friends 40th birthday and we had an absolute blast. The location was amazing and we would definitely stay here again. I was just a little disappointed with one thing I asked them if they did things for special occasions and they said they did so they put it in their notes to put flowers in a bottle of champagne in my friends room for her birthday and they never did, but other than that I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great location

We had a great stay at the Casablanca inn! I totally recommend. It was great being walking distance to boardwalk, wharf and shopping on Pacific Ave. Our favorite part was hanging out on patio and looking at ocean and people watching. Only issues were having plumbing issues, tenant nextdoor had same problems. Only other issue for myself was that they allow dogs, so I noticed clumps of dog hair on our patio and walkways.
