The property was centralized in an area where there are several restaurants and the beach. There is no ventilation in the bathrooms and they are hot and humid. IMPORTANT FOR ANY TRAVELER - The city shuts off the water periodically and without notice. These houses have a water reserve tank, however if that reserve runs out, you will have no running water. We stayed in this property from Monday through Friday and ran out of water twice. The first time we were able to go shower on another property and water was delivered about 3 hours after it was shut off but the second time we ran out, it was never restored so several of us returned from a boat/beach excursion and were not able to shower the day before we had to jump on a plane to head back home. The first time the water was shut off, the property management was responsive. When I reached out the second time, they had water delivered but there was something wrong and the water never came back on. I reached out to management and there was no response so we spent our final night not being able to flush the spilled or take showers. Be aware that you might not have running water!!!! For the amount we spent renting this property, we should not have run out of water twice.
