Upon arrival, our rooms were not ready, even though we arrived two hours past check-in. The front desk staff was unhelpful and insisted I had reserved only one room, despite my confirmation of two partial ocean view queen rooms. After I provided the confirmation email, she found the second reservation but insisted we could only have a different style room if we wanted them immediately—not an upgrade. Ultimately, I settled for the same room type on separate floors, which made managing my kids challenging. On a positive note, the rooms were beautiful and the location was perfect. Most staff members were friendly, and the manager worked hard to resolve the situation, though we still had to wait. While you can hear airplanes from the rooftop, it wasn’t an issue while sleeping. Overall, it was a mixed experience with some hiccups.

Our stay at Casa Costera couldn't have been better. It was seconds to the beautiful Isla Verde Beach. Our one bedroom apartment was huge with a full kitchen and washer/dryer in the unit. The rooftop pool and hot tub were a great feature of the property. There are some restaurants around the property and it is a close uber ride to San Juan.

Expedia said we were booking a two bedroom with two beds in each room. we had 6 people that had to share 2 beds and a sofa. They only have one of those rooms, which was not available. Hotel is fine, but staff could be a little nicer.

The room was very spacious, but it had a weird smell, the jacuzzi didn’t have a button to turn on and know one knew how to turn it on. Other than that it was nice, everyone was very friendly.
