The hotel staff were extremely helpful, pleasant, and friendly. We reserved a suite which was perfect for our family of five. The rooms were clean and spacious. We loved the location - wonderful restaurants within walking distance and the beach was only a 10 minute walk. The downside was the size and depth of the swimming pool. It is a rooftop pool with an amazing view so it is really a minor detail unless you are truly interested in swimming.
